In the mountains about 45 minutes drive west of Kalibru we stopped at this beautifully located restaurant. The menu was simple but everything was well prepared. The tables are scattered around a number of porches, where you can benefit from some wind. Clean toilets, friendly service (where not on Java), alcohol prohibition and very reasonable priced. In short, a good lunch spot en route from Malang to East Java.

What about having a night snack in the place you didnât expect? Yep, Kafe Kolong is about that. This spot is a must visit thatâs placed right under Jemberâs highroad. What a place to be transformed into a crowd-pleaser area. The ambiance and the atmosphere mix really well where you can share easy bites with your friends. They also have sisha. I guess Saturday night is always as pack as this. So, be patient in finding perfect seat and view. The question, where is the live band? Overall, donât miss this one.

Warunk Upnormal is actually Indonesian chain food restaurant that sell the "pimped up" average student meal, where they make it into something more presentable for middle class. The food variety is excellent, the taste is good. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to taste budget Indonesian food at presentable quality.

Ini adalah salah satu solaria yang aku temui bersama keluarga di Jember. Di tempat atau mal yang baru buka, di Transmart Jember, ini menjadi resto pilihan untuk menikmati makanan enak. Harga sih seperti solaria umumnya, begitu juga rasanya.
