Tucked away in the small non-descript village of Zottegem two chefs have set up a good restaurant. They offer you very nice modern French Belgian cuisine, not too surprising, but not traditional. The interior is modern if a bit cold. On their way to a first star I would say.

Excellent restaurant. Beautiful place. One of the best restaurants you can visit. Super all in menus. Price/quality is very very good. The service is perfect, not too slow, not too quick. Gentle personnel. I will certainly go back. Perfect, you cannot find better.

Very busy Saturday night, yet good service and food. Looked the best non-pretentious restaurant in town. Excellent.

"Gelegen aan de boorden van een kronkelende Ooschebeek. De ultieme oase van rust in het glooiende landschap van de Vlaamse Ardennen." Wervende zinnen uit een toeristische brochure? Niets daarvan, we hebben het hier over de waarheid en niets dan de waarhei
For the price you pay, definitly worth the drive to the middle of nowhere... and that's just a big charm of this restored, authentic restaurant. We wanted to "splurge" a bit with the 7-8 course summermenu and we didn't regret It! Don't worry, the big eaters will be satisfied, portions are really good and i was quite happy when the mojito sorbet arrived (YUMMY!!)⬠65 for an all inclusive menu (all drinks too: aperitif, 2-3 glasses white wine, 2-3 glasses red wine, mineral and sparkling water as much as you wanted, coffee with pastry)Better to have a designated driver in advance! ;)Recommended and i will definitly come back!
