Nice looking restaurant. Perfect service. We took place at the bar. Very nice interior and by good weather , terrass at The Leie ! The food was outstanding . I wish Pieter De Troyer all the best with his team. We come certainly back.

Woonachtig te Deinze, stond Kroniek bovenaan onze to do-list.Mooi pand, die als een thuis aanvoelt.De kaart is gevarieerd: het food sharing-gedeelte is zeer aanlokkelijk (taco kan ik alvast aanbevelen), the main.s zijn klassiek en lekker en de drankkaart is uitgebreid.Verder valt op de bediening niets aan te merken: vriendelijk, correct en aandachtig.Ze weten duidelijk waar ze mee bezig zijn en dat is aangenaam.Wij gaan er alvast terug!

I used this title already for a hotel review. This title fits this restaurant for sure. It is breaking down a lot of traditional perceptiosn we have about how a Michelin restaurant shoudl be.The outside of the restaurant does not unveal the type of place this is. We would not be tempted to enter by just passing by. However, what is behind the red walls is worth any penny.The personnel is not dressed in the typical traditional style but rather shows a relaxed attitude. This is constantly emphasized in the way food and wine is presented. It is the perfect balance between being formal; being personnal without being to amical. Perfect balance to feel at home .The food itself is perfect and wine choices are in right balance with the selected food. This deserves a good reference.

This place is probably the most successful restaurant of the region. Book your table as this brasserie is often having a full house. And this is very well deserved. No wonder when you combine very nice staff with very good food. FYI - The booking online is very convenient. There is parking close by. Only point that I would like to make is that the price of the food and drinks is high for a brasserie. But again, for that you get high quality.
