Bought three Groupon Vouchers for R50 each, had a family emergency and couldn't get there before the voucher expired. I phoned Hubcaps and asked to speak to the owner to negotiate something so that I at least get something for the R150 already in their pocket, but she refused to even speak to me! I think this is highly unethical and shows the attitude of the owners! Good Luck! I will never deal with people with this type of outlook on life.

Well priced specials attracts large crowds which does appear to affect the service.Beer glass received with water still dripping of which is unhealthy,cold sauce poured on to the burger resulting in the meal being cold with old onion rings.I have had better food before maybe this was an off dayDear Shane S, Thank you for taking the time to rate Mustang Spur. The restaurant is halaal certified. They serve delicious burgers with various toppings at a reasonable price. We also tried the BBQ ribs and Peri ribs. Both were tender and tasty. The restaurant is modern, comfortable and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly.

I have eaten at "Johnnie's" a number of times after a night out and had no complaints.Yesterday, I decided to try the same food while sober in the light of day. Not one of my better ideas....I arrived at 10:30am and literally had to park a couple hundred meters up the road due to there being no parking available anywhere closer. I was expecting there to be a massive que with all the cars, but when I got there, there was literally no one else ordering or waiting for food - a sign of what was to come?. I ordered 5 x chip, triple cheese and curry gravy rotis. There were no chips pre-made so I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the food.When I got back to the office and we opened the packaging up, we were disappointed to find that they had completely forgotten to put any gravy on 2 of the rotis and they were literally just chips. I checked my receipt and I was charged and paid for all 5 with triple cheese and gravy.They were so dry that they were inedible and ended up being thrown in the dustbin.I have now learnt my lesson and they won't be seeing me back there again.

Went for iftaar during Ramadaan. The menu was adapted to cater for iftaar do was limited to a few options. I think it was not a practice option as they did not provide anything to Break fast with knowing that they could never cater for all the orders to be served on time.. Waited over an hour for our order and had to jus drink water till it arrived.. Clearly they cannot cope I'm under these circumstances, so should at least provide some dates or snack like some other venues offering the same service.Dear Ferial,Thank you for taking the time to review our Chippewa Spur restaurant. So after all the hype about their burgers I obviously had to go try it out for myself.... lets just say it lives up to all expectations. It has good deco and ambiance. The service was fast and efficient.The burger was definitely one of the best I have eaten. The truffle fries are worth a try. I love the size of the burger because you are left satisfied without that not so good feeling of overeating and feeling stuffed.A big thumbs up from me

So we passed people eating falafels in a market and asked where they got them. We were advised to go to Falafel Fundi in Florida Road.Best decision made, the service is absolutely great, really friendly and warm, you feel at home immediately.We ate the platter, and enjoyed coffee from the barrister sharing the premises, and both agreed, if vegetarian tasted so good, it would not be a problem to adapt.For the chicken lovers there are some options, which I might try, but really love the falafels.The coffee is excellent as well, just an amazing taste with a friendly smile delivering it.We will be visiting again with some friends, an absolutely awesome meal.

We went for lunch and we ordered 600g pork ribs and chicken salad. The ribs taste better than at the steer.
