Reviewed By Dreamer710111We had no WiFi for four days. Nothing was done to fix it. The tour driver provided by the hotel was abusive and told lies about my wife. The owner did nothing to speak to the driver. Do not book any tours from this place. Staff was very unhelpful. Do not recommend this place

Special all staffs were really friendly and willing to help us anytime we need.Location of the hotel is at the central so it took 5minute for us go to the Night market . I would definitely recommend this hotel for my friends and my family. If we comeback to Phư Quoc, Seashells is the one of hotels that we choose first.

Reviewed By BonHavengaI am quite a bit of a harsh critic but can not fault this resort. The staff were so helpful and friendly, DucAn was the bar tender and he tried to fill every need we had. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were great! Breakfast was a buffet with many options including pancakes. The beach was clean and the pool area was lovely. The ONLY thing I can complain about is the use of plastic straws in the drinks. Sometimes they used two straws in one drink. But besides that I would highly recommend.

A lovely place for a break.
Reviewed By Voyager661644I write this review with hesitation. I hesitate as I almost don't want anyone else to find out about this absolute gem of a resort. The grounds are tropical and sprawling. The food at the restaurant is excellent and beautifully presented. Breakfast is lovely and the staff work very hard to ensure the area is not overwhelmed at busy periods. Rooms are clean and well appointed for the price range. Check in staff are efficient, helpful and informative. My only small criticism would be the gym. It's not a gym at all, just a couple of machines in an outdoor setting. Perhaps this really is a small point, the resort of after all a 4 star. Overall, we will 100% return here on our next visit to PQ.

Reviewed By ThuH852The shells stays in an isolated area that is surrounded by bamboos. The villa is spacious, modern, and peaceful. The villa has two separate sinks so that's quite nice. Their beach and pool is a bit dirty but they are acceptable and food is alright.

It was big clean and had outstanding paneramic ocean views that could be enjoyed while lying in bed. The buffet breakfast is plentiful with an amazing variety of quality foods on display that has hot dishes that change each day. The food is so good. The kitchen and floor staff are exceptional.The housekeeping staff do an amazing job. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a central position with lots of bars and restaurants around it. It is right on the beach but also has a great pool. We keep coming back to Coral Bay Resort and keep staying longer each time. Thoroughly recommend it.

Reviewed By ptanh91I booked a pool view room, considered the "best" room in the resort. But the resort is old and dirty due to lack of maintenance. Dirt everywhere in the room. Room light is weak. Bathroom can be seen from other rooms. Like people-less for years. Contactless lock but open by key?! Pool has a lot of dead insects. Lots of mosquitoes. Limited choice for breakfast. Booked a pickup from airport and driver showed up late 45 mins. Rating should be updated. The only good thing is the staff is helpful.

The decoration is combination between ancient and modern style. Staff is so friendly and helpful from Security to Front Office. I would like to thank Ms. Cam and Mr. Luan - night shift who made my trip is unforgettable. Hope I can come back soon ?

Old resort, poor services
Reviewed By Kiet QLocation was good, at the city center with many local shops and restaurants surrounded. The room, however, was old and outdated. The used dish and utensils were left in my room when I came. Breakfast was poor with limited choices. Despite the COVID-19 outbreak, only few guests were wearing face masks at the buffet restaurant. No staff cared to remind guests to put the masks on their faces.
