I’m disapointed, the location is wonderful, but is important the customer/traveler ?. Next time, i will search another location?

The location has a generous parking lot located nearby and a spacious restaurant! Accommodation 5/5: Pensiunea Pestisorul is equipped with generous, clean rooms, with new furniture..the bathroom is spacious, clean, equipped with a generous bathtub..the bedding is clean, it changes daily..the only downside I would have is pillows: they are too small for such a generous bed, larger pillows are suitable ... otherwise everything is as it should be so you can enjoy a hassle-free stay! Food 5/5: I hope the owners of the boarding house pay for their chef because everything that comes out of that kitchen door looks insane, smells insane and tastes insane! I ate the best Dobrogean tochitura of all tried so far! My father-in-law was delighted with the sleeping dishes..the fish soup, the juicer, the caviar platter..all were up to par! The icing on the cake instead was the Dobrogean pie! Rainbow on the palate !! I didn't find any flaws! Excellent taste! Also here I would like to add that the cow's cheese is insane (I will keep abusing this word for this review :)) and this is an additional proof for the way the hosts try to make everything superlative! Entertainment 5/5: Although the pension has enough facilities to "kill time" (outdoor pool, pool and table tennis tables, trampoline for the little ones, pontoon arranged for fishing, kayaks), the piece of resistance is the organization boating (a common practice throughout the Delta by the way) with qualified and experienced staff .. the hosts offered us a 10-hour walk through which we discovered a good part of the beauty of the Delta! It is necessary to access a boat ride through the Delta, although the price may seem prohibitive, but Delta you can not discover it from the pontoon or from the balcony of the pension, but only by letting the boat walk on all the canals and lakes of this magical place called The Danube Delta! Hospitality 5/5: I was rarely allowed to see more involved hosts with a clear mission: customer satisfaction, as are the owners of Pestisorul Pension! Being a family business, everyone in the family is involved and I do my best to satisfy all your desires and desires so that you, a tourist looking for a perfect stay, can have it! And this works great for them! And this pleasant feeling of hospitality does not stop at the hosts of the place..continue with the waiters of the restaurant: each of them is kind to you, with a smile on their face, striving to have the best possible service .. here I would mentioned Ionut Cercel, who served us at the table during the whole stay and I tell you honestly, this man should come on the Romanian coast and in the rest of the country, and teach teaching lessons to those in the industry, because it is far a rare avis in this field! People like him who work in HoReCa think you can count them on the fingers of one hand, the rest are just amateurs! Epilogue: Although 2020 was a difficult year, which put the HoReCa industry to the test and continued with 2021, here are a handful of people trying their best to provide quality services, focused entirely on customer satisfaction and loyalty! It is not an easy or cheap thing! All the respect and admiration for Pestisorul Pension! This is how tourism is done! The others take out a pen and a sheet and take notes, because you are correct in this regard!

Reviewed By MarianaCAOur first time in the Delta and didn’t know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the Biota Boutique. The property is chic, tastefully decorated, and very clean. Rooms are small but very comfortable with all the amenities. We didn’t spend time in the room anyway, except to sleep. We spent most of the time outdoors on the terrace or by the pool when we were not gone exploring the Delta. Staff was very polite, helpful and friendly and Crina the manager was very professional. During our stay we visited The Village House, a school transformed into a museum, the labor of love of a retired local teacher Camelia Ivanov. You need to call and make an appointment, you won’t regret it. Delta has so much to offer we’re disappointed we couldn’t stay longer. When we come back we’ll definitely stay again at the Biota Boutique and enjoy the ambiance and the fantastic food of the cook. Highly recommended.

I was here several times with my husband, for fishing, and we highly recommend it!

Se siente uno en casa con sus preciosas Instalaciones y deliciosa comida. Los Tours en los canales del Delta son inmejorables con vistas increibles del paisaje y las aves.

Quiet and good conditions
Reviewed By cris_ionesThe bungalow that we had was very nice, with basic facilities, but very clean. The veranda with garden view was great for relaxing in the morning, while listening the birds singing. The lady from the restaurant was great, our picky eater child was satisfied with the choices we had for meals. We took one boat trip from the guesthouse, our "driver" was very experimented and knew a lot about the Delta and about the birds. Maybe a pool would be a nice add on, but we went fishing in the backyard instead, which was far more interesting in my opinion.

On the spot, however, the lack of staff, the superficiality, the modest gastronomic offer, the deficient hygiene had a negative impact on the stay.Cristi, the boy at the reception, who was also a waiter, was kind, and as far as he could, he tried to solve the requests. He was overwhelmed by the many dissatisfactions. He couldn't fix the minibars that seemed to have been out of order for a long time. In one of the three rooms, the TV only worked for a short time. booked 3 rooms in the main building. Unfortunately, one of the families was accommodated for one night in another building. The minibar did not work in that room either. Large, nice rooms, beautiful terrace. The mattress was not comfortable at all. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. The towels were white, of good quality.he cleanliness left much to be desired. In one of the rooms, during the 7 nights, only once was the garbage taken, the towels changed and the toilet paper put on. In the other two rooms this happened twice. This was cleanliness. The cleaning was just as superficial in the dining room. Breakfast had two kinds of salami, ham, fried eggs, omelette, cheese, tomatoes, butter and jam. You could serve tea if you wanted. The coffee was so bad that I gave up drinking. At lunch you could serve fish soup and fish of choice with polenta or french fries with chicken, sometimes pork. The salad does not exist. For dinner it was a poor quality appetizer and fish or french fries with chicken or pork. I also had dessert.mall but beautifully landscaped garden. At the pool, due to the fact that there were no nets near the hedge, there were many leaves in the water. Some of the tourists gathered the leaves so that they could enter the water. The pool area was extremely dirty and the flies swarmed there happily. The trip to Perisor, made with the pensioner's boatman was a fiasco. He told us that 2 of the lakes are closed and he can't go there. On Lake Razelm I knew there must be birds. The boat ride was fast. He scared a colony of pelicans that took flight. The price was 180 RON per person, much higher than the average prices in the area. We made the other two trips with another company and we were satisfied.

Unfriendly Host
Reviewed By Bogdan TThe conditions were average. The food was good. The host was unfriendly and unfair. We booked multiple rooms, but canceled one before arrival. Initially the host confirmed cancellation, but in the end we were forced to pay for that one also.
