You've probably heard that Guinness tastes better in Dublin (fresh from the factory), but what you may not know is that Dublin is a perfect destination for the whole family. No, we're not suggesting you let the kiddies drink a pint. Instead, take them to the Dublin Zoo, to feed the ducks in Stephen's Green or on a picnic in Phoenix Park. Scholars enjoy walking in the literary footsteps of such writers as Yeats and Joyce, while discerning shoppers have their pick of designer boutiques.

This restaurant is a complete gem. It is a beautiful experience from the moment you step through the door. We went for the lunchtime tasting menu with wine flight which was great value especially compared with some uk equivalents I've visited. The food was sublime, wine perfectly matched and the staff were a delight and made our visit a real experience. Definitely the highlight of our Dublin trip. A lunch I will remember for q long time.

Serving Ireland's best steak in Temple Bar, a traditional Irish steakhouse with the experience and knowledge of over 25 years serving the perfect steak. We change our menus seasonally to reflect the finest that Irish produce has to offer in combination with the finest wines, cocktails and spirits to cater for all tastes and budgets. The Buckley Family has built a reputation as purveyors of quality meats for over six generations. Francis Xavier opened his first butcher shop on Moore Street in 1930 and this soon became awell-known Dublin institution. Since then it was part of a natural progression to open our own steakhouses around the city and serve our famous beef from our butchers to your table.
Located in the Temple Bar area, unexpected little gem wedged into a side street. 28 day aged beef. I’m a steak snob. They did a great job on my ribeye and on my son’s bone in sirloin.
His cut was thicker so his medium rare was a bit bloodier than his normal. My medium was a little more done than I like but a thinner cut.
I should have asked our waiter. He was excellent by the way. pascal I believe his name was. We had to leave early. So no dessert. Love that you can get a two hour window to not feel rushed. Wish we could have stayed longer.
It’s pricey but all of Dublin is pricey. I would come back. Definitely.

Went for surprise tasting/wine menus, and while everything was good, I wasn't blown away. It was the Sat. after the snow, but despite companions asking if deliveries were topped up, there were a few elements repeating throughout courses, e.g. pickled veg/shimeji mushrooms. Tuna carpaccio tasty, scallops looked and tasted lovely, with a quenelle of kale in a buttery roe/shellfish? sauce (gave us a spoon and mopped rest with bread) but the ubiquitous foie gras/turbot/venison trio were a bit uninspired...tasted fine, but presentation lacked finesse (compared to professional photos on site)...also, there was a bit of candied Seville orange in with the venison that overpowered...and being Irish, would have loved some Pommes Purée! Choc fondant was perfect inside, but found outside a bit suety tasting. Cheese board was a Comté, Sainte-Maure de Touraine? and an Epoisse...all fine, but served cold. Lovely double espresso and raspberry macaroons were nice. Interesting mix of wines throughout - had my first sweet red, which was nicer than it sounds! Liked stemware/crockery/cutlery, but metallic orange water glasses are just wrong...like to see what I'm drinking.
I've marked down to average because of price...essentially, their sample menu online read better...expectations were high...a bit too rustic pour moi! Place has had a refurb, but is still a bit brown/dated looking. To finish on a positive, staff all friendly/relaxed/professional.

Healthy food prepared in store. All soups/ stews gluten free. Gluten free desserts too. Wholesale soup supplier.
Wow - probably the nicest soup I’ve had in ages. Almost as good, no in fact better than mine. Tomato & Basil - simple perfection. Not too hot. Well balanced. Not over powered by herbs. Bread was fresh and generous portion. Highly recommended for a soup, snack or lunch.

Modern Irish restaurant showcasing the best of Irish produce. Hidden away in the heart of Dublin 4. Unusually only open Thursday-Saturday inclusive from 6pm. In a throw back to the concept of the original fixed table d'hote menu our chefs develop an original menu each week offering a choice of three starters, one meat, fish main & vegetarian main course and a dessert or cheese board for €49. Mulberry garden is also available for Private and Corporate Hire every day of the week.
Booked the restaurant after our son have visited.
Checked-menu and found it very limited and hoped I’d like the food.
Arrived early and went upstairs and we waited the fire and had some drinks, great atmosphere to start.
Went downstairs for dinner and all I can say is
OMG
Simply fantastic, can’t say anything else. Best meal I’ve had in some time, attached is the menu.
Will return and return, already planned the next visit.
Great staff, great food and great place

We have Great Food, Great Service & Great FUN.
We like Happy People & making Happier people.
We're here to have Fun & Everyone is welcome.
We're NOT fine Dining, we're just easy going....

Located in the heart of Dublin. Bleecker Street is the most authentic New York styled Cafe Bar Restaurant in town.
Come For The Food or Drink & Stay For the Craic... :)
I have been frequenting Bleecker Street Cafe Bar for over 5 years now. For breakfast, lunch and dinner it is always a great option when in town or if heading Northside. My staple favourites are the Chilli Cheessburger, Burrito and Chilli Con Carne. The daily special is always worth enquiring about, as it can throw up a few gems. There is an early bird menu from 3pm-7pm which offers 3 course for €19 with plenty of choice.
The premises has recently been refurbished from top to bottom and is fantastic for holding parties and gatherings. The choice of beers on tap and in bottle have increased substantially over the last year or so.
Close to town without the central prices makes it a winner.

I've been to Vintage Kitchen 3 times. Only once it was ok, but I think they were going through some issues with rent and staff at that time. Two other times it was simply amazing. Prawn risotto is my favourite starter and love their lamb. Wasn't too much impressed with their fish and haven't tried pork yet, but definitely will be back.
And bring your own wine rule is great as you can spend the same money as you would in other restaurant on wine that you really like. And the service is great.
