We visited on the 9th of February for a carvery and weren’t disappointed. The food was fantastic, the best carvery we have both every had. The meat was very tasty and tender and there was a lovely selection of fresh vegetables. The pudding selection was also fabulous. We both had ice cream sundaes which were delicious. The atmosphere was very strange but due to the area not having power for 5 hours and being very unusually quiet left a strange atmosphere within the bar area. It was very quiet so we could hear everyone’s conversations and there was no back ground music but due to the circumstances it didn’t put us off nor would it put us off returning.

The pub is run by the former owners of The Bell and Cross in Clent, sadly run into the ground and closed by the new owners. However the Chequers although not having the same ambienceg, it has the same quality food and service as the Bell and Cross used to have. The only criticism is the tables are very tightly packed in the restsurant making it slight uncomfortable, hence the loss of one star. But one cannot fault the overall experience. Give it a try.

Excellent tea room and restaurant in the lovely Worcestershire village of Cutnall Green
Personal service from Lee (the owner) and his very friendly and accommodating staff.
Very welcoming with a lovely menu and excellent food. Fresh local ingredients used supporting local suppliers. We had a relaxing late lunch and were not rushed at all. Been several times with several lady friends - ex colleagues for delicious afternoon teas and catch up. Definitely worth a visit but you need to book if there are several in your party.

Parks is a local, independent cafe, bar, restaurant serving homemade locally sourced food and drink.
We had been to the Jinney Ring restaurant and stood in the queue but could not find anything healthy to eat. In desperation we ended up in Park's. The menu is interesting and not boring. My friend had a smoked salmon Sandwich and I had a Greek Sandwich. We both enjoyed our sandwiches. I could have done without the crisps on the side and the bread was far too thick but if you picked through it all you could end up with a tasty lunch. I had a glass of excellent Shiraz with my Sandwich.
I have been here before and had a good experience then. Service was good and if you have time you can chill out on a sofa and read the paper.

The 17th Century Inn which celebrated its 300 years in 2012 has an ethos of good quality, affordable informal pub food. Coupled with well kept real ales as well as their beautifully historic surroundings and relaxed, friendly atmosphere it really does create a traditional, real British pub experience, well worth a visit. The Old Cock Inn is more than just a pub as it is a hub of the community, serving ales and food, we are not in any way gastro or a restaurant but do believe in quality, friendliness and making sure people enjoy themselves. Your sure of a warm welcome. Open from 12.00 to 23.00 Sunday to Thursday and 12.00 to 00.00 Saturday and Sunday. Food served all day.

Spice Fusion; situated on St. Andrews Street [near the high street] with large C.C.T.V Car park at the rear of restaurant or just a short walk from the railway station. We are renowned for our modern and innovative Bangladeshi and Indian food. We constantly strive to provide a dining experience to satisfy the modern discerning diner served in stylish and contemporary surroundings. The restaurant is on two floors, blending a modern style with a welcoming, relaxed ambience. Upstairs we have our kitchen and downstairs you have our Restaurant which can accommodate up to 55 guests in air conditioned comfort and privacy, perfect for business lunches, seminars or birthdays etc. This restaurant is under new management- harnessing the potential of the young owners who not only provide a fantastic eatery experience but also support the local communities via the cricket team sponsorships. The Spice Fusion experience is not restricted to our restaurant as we also offer outside catering
We were given a gift voucher as a Christmas gift to visit this restaurant, Had never been here before and booked to eat there with my husband, daughter and her partner on Sunday evening. Having read the excellent reviews we can honestly say this place lives up to its reputation. The staff were extremely friendly. We instantly felt comfortable and at ease as we were shown to our table. Everything was nicely laid out with linen tablecloths and napkins. The menu was very varied and so reasonably priced. We ordered drinks, starters and a main course and thoroughly enjoyed everything. All the dishes were beautifully presented in individual serving dishes and our plates were hot ( A rare thing in most restaurants today) and placed on our table as the food was served. Overall we could not fault anything from the service to the quality of the food and will certainly be returning very soon. Excellent, very good value too. We will look forward to taking the rest of the family. Free car parking a stones throw away at the back of Waitrose store. Two minites wald.

Now Closed Thanks for your support over the last 20 years. We hope you all give support to the new owners when they open in the near future
This is our 2nd visit. Went for lunch and pleasantly surprised. Food very good and staff helpful and friendly. Had 18 month old grandson with us - staff were very accommodating, patient and helpful as we rearranged the furniture for the high chair and taking pushchair out of the way. Reasonably priced and nice atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

This was our second lunchtime visit and on both occassions ... the food was excellent...the service friendly and attentive but relaxed and unrushed... every course we've had has been lovely... thats now 11 mains... 11 starters... 9 puddings .. coffee
Small family owned feel... very authentic...we will become increasingly regular diners !
In my opinion the best Italian in Worcestershire.

Visited this pub today with my wife for lunch where we both opted for a fixed 2 course lunch menu at £12 per head. Both our starters were of excellent quality and taste also they were fairly generous regarding portion size. The mains we chose were the gammon and the blade of beef. Both were superb and two empty plates were returned to the kitchen. I went for the Wye Valley HPA and the Chilean Merlot, both were good however the expresso coffee that followed was a bit of a let down on this otherwise faultless meal. Service at all times was quick and efficient.
We normally frequent the Kings Arms next door which is also very good so it will be a hard choice next time we are in Ombersley.
