What can I can about this amazing B&B. I have been a travel agent for 15 years , and now I work in a 5star hotel and I must say this place is something special. I did my normal 4 hour search to find the perfect place for an overnight (50th)getaway and I found it. Jonathan and Karen are the perfect hosts, and check-in was a breeze, they made us feel very special . We stayed in the deluxe King with a balcony. Omg, what a room and the most amazing view. We sat on the balcony sipping bubbles looking at the water.... Bliss. This is a real little find, it's a must. Do yourself a favor and go, we will be going soon for sure. Thank-you for an amazing stay.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in for years. We were put into a disabled room and it wasn't until day 5 they offered to move us. The rooms are not cleaned and it was a complaint from my wife after day 4 that the next day they cleaned the rooms. We tried to speak to the manager on numerous occasions but he avoided us, we did speak to the reception manager who did nothing. On the first night we didn't even have any toilet tissue what a great start to our 40th Anniversary holiday. The breakfast buffet was woeful with little to no choice. We are waiting for the manager to get back to us still because we has asked for some of our money back. It was that bad we came home on the Friday instead of Saturday. How it gets these good reviews amazes me.

Really quick and easy to find and plenty of parking available (which is unusual in this area of town). The room is clean and comfortable with a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is also a kettle with things for tea and coffee also available. There is also a TV in the room. The staff have been super friendly and know the area well. Easy walking distance into the town centre. Would definitely stay here again.

The menu pretends to deliver dishes it really can not serve up. If it stuck to its pub roots and charged accordingly all would be well. The starter of goat's cheese on bruschetta was in reality Lidl cheese log on inedible/stale biscuit and the home made curry was anything but, fatty gristly meat in a poor store bought sauce. The striploin was tough, the peppercorn sauce generic, regrettably the meal cost £71. I could have bought crab and lobster cooked it at home and had change to spare for champagne.
