Hotel could be an easy 5 stars however a number of things mean that it just doesn’t quite reach it
Reviewed By TravelswithMrHHotel Ola is in a beautiful location and has amazing views over the bay at Trogir. The rooms are large and well appointed with a rather strange shower and toilet layout but lots of hanging space, safe, hairdryer etc means all amenities are there. The bed is super comfy and the roof top pool is amazing with views to die for. Breakfast is reasonably good with fruit, yoghurts, meat, cheese, pastries and you can ask for cooked eggs I would have wanted perhaps a little more variety in the fruit and some honey, nuts, seeds and other fresh bread would have made it better. It’s a lovely hotel but the problems I found were the following:- 1. You are given one key card which means you can’t leave the air con on and as it was 33 + when we were there it was very difficult to keep the room cool 2. There is no snack lunch menu which Mr H and I found very strange - when we asked for lunch we had to wait until 2 pm and go to the main restaurant.. when we went the staff seemed very surprised that we were there and although at first reluctant to seat us were then very accommodating 3. To get to Trogir itself there is a water taxi not far from the hotel - not the easiest to find and we had to ask… we were given no information as to this service and had to find it ourselves, in fact we were given very little info about the area 4. We asked for a late check out and were told it would cost half the room rate which we thought was a bit cheeky especially when the hotel was half empty! However they have a lovely spa area which you can use instead, however if the hotel is full I would think that this could prove unmanageable as there are only a few showers to use 5. The hotel was half empty which meant it was a little lifeless and we never found out if there was an evening bar although there didn’t appear to be which we again found quite strange - converting the rooftop pool area to an evening bar from 7pm - midnight would be a no brainer for me especially with those views! So overall don’t pass up on this hotel the views and pool alone are worth it and if they take into account anything I’ve said and implement these it could be a real winner!!

Hotel is situated in very peaceful surroundings, very near the sea, about 2 km from city of Trogir, 28 km from city of Split and about 7 km from airport Split and about 50 m from the main road. Hotel was built in 1962, but it was very nicely renovated in 2005. Hotel has main building with reception, restaurant, TV room, bar, grill pizzeria and 16 rooms, and 5 blocks with 124 rooms, about 20-30m from sea and beach. All rooms in blocks are with balcony, seaside, with air condition, sat.TV, phone and hairdryer. Rooms in main building don't have balconies! We have parking place next to hotel!

Reviewed By enncleMy partner and I have visited Croatia many times, hired car and roam around. Covid has changed this for many. Cavtat 2 days , car hired and ferry, not to hit Bosnia (red area) . Drive an hour n a half to this hotel. Staff so helpful and friendly. Hotel great location to old town and beach. 20 mins walk to town 10 mins to beach. Room spacious, air conditioning excellent, doesn’t turn off when not in room. Bed so comfortable, king size. Bathroom red but spotless. Breakfast, buffet style, enough to choose from. A couple of bars and restaurants opposite. Plenty of supermarkets. Nice quiet resort to hit before road trip. Thank you to staff on all levels for making our stay relaxed and comfortable. Parking close by.

Reviewed By Szymon DOur travel agency apparently chose the "economy" option, or at least I'd like to believe this hotel can do better than what we got. What we found after leaving reception were dark corridors and a smelly room that took us back in time to 1970's Yugoslavia, and even smellier bathroom with fungus on the shower curtain. The interior fittings, doors and windows almost certainly remember Marshall Tito's times...

Reviewed By Anilda78A clean, beautiful place. Very close to a nice beach. Was no problem to park the car. Close to bakeries and shops. Close to Trogir. Good communication with Mrs. Maria taking care of the apartment. I highly recommend! Super holiday! :)

Brilliant location
Reviewed By GrantigStayed there for summer holiday - to have access to a private beach is priceless. Swim before breakfast makes it. Breakfast is brilliant, the whole place runs like clockwork. Restaurants in easy walking distance as the place is right on the promenade. Water Taxi to Trogir is also in walking distance and cheap and affordable. Brilliant place to stay - also close to airport.

Reviewed By Marza123Nocowaliśmy tylko 1 noc w drodze powrotnej z wakacji do Polski. Przywitała nas bardzo sympatyczna i uśmiechnięta właścicielka. Otrzymaliśmy 2 pokojowy apartament z kuchnia i łazienka oraz balkonem z widokiem na morze. Był także bezpłatny parking przy willi. Udało się nam wynegocjować lepsza cenę. Wyposażenie super - w kuchni niczego nie brakuje. Było bardzo czysto. Jedyny mankament to dość duży hałas od drogi przy której zlokalizowana jest willa, natomiast bliziutko na plaże i promenadę gdzie blisko jest wiele restauracji, barów i market - bardzo sympatyczne miejsce.

Reviewed By JolandaK1980Breakfast was really nice! Fresh omelet every day! And fruit! Airconditioning without paying extra. Enough space. Friendly owner. Close to the beach. Only 4 km from Trogir. Bathroom really big and good. Nice view. Own parking spot underneeth a patio with trees. So the car was not in the sun. When we where there, it was 40 degrees. It was really hot at the breakfast place. Not a lot of shade at breakfast.
