Breakfast included prepared us for tours of old town Bar as well as Ulcina and their beautiful inland lake set between mountains. I want to come back during chestnut season although the newly blooming camellias are spectacular in Match.

Reviewed By Vladan ZThe place is very clean, they really pay attention to that. Villa is 10m away from the see. The view is amazing, big balconies, my had at least 20sqm, staff friendly and helpfull. Downside is that the furniture and appliances in the apartment could be better and the sea water is not always clean. All in all, quite a good place to visit...

Sparkling new apartments
Reviewed By MagserLovely new, very spacious apartments. Apartments well furnished with a fridge and oven. Close to a good supermarket and centre of Dobra Voda. Free parking on top road. Restaurant on site offering god quality food. Staff friendly and helpful Swimming in sea amazing. Negatives - Cost of parking and sun loungers, you pay extra on a daily basis. Hill down to apartments is much too steep to take a car and should not be attempted unless you have a very powerful car.

Спальня, кухня-гостинная и большой балкон. Вся техника есть, кроме стиралки. Завтрак - отличный! Есть бассейн - вода чистая, теплая,лежаки свободные, есть всякая надувка (матрассы, круги). Вид из номера был на двор и бассейн. В отеле есть лифт. До моря минута. Есть парковка. Сама Добра Вода канечно не о чем и пляж там плохонький, но мы там и не купались, ездили по стране

Hotel Sunset&beach se nalazi na samoj obali u Dobrim Vodama, raspolaze sa 15 smjestajnih jedinica iz kojih se pruza predivan pogled na plazu i otvoreno more. U pitanju je nov i moderno opremljen porodicni hotel. Svojim gostima pruzamouslugu na bazi nocenja, nocenja sa doruckom ili polu pansiona u restorsnu hotela. Cijeli hotel je pokriven wifi signalom koji je besplatan za sve goste hotela, sobe posjeduju sopstvena kupatila, mini bar i terase okrenute prema moru. Recepcija hotela radi 24h i osoblje je uvjek na raspolaganju gostima. Restorn hotela i njegovo osoblje su tu da vas ugodjaj u lokalnim jelima i umijecu majstora kuhinje vas odmor upotpune.
Great service, but some glaring problems
Reviewed By Jim WFirst off, let me commend the staff for doing their best with a smile. Marianna in particular went over and above to assist in every way she could. Unfortunately, there was little they could do with the things that made this a difficult stay. Several times I asked for solutions to a problem only to be told that nothing could be done. Every one of the 5 nights we were there I would vow to leave the next morning. Trying to sleep on the rock hard beds with the loud music, slamming doors, children running up and down the halls and parties on the balconies around us kept us tossing and turning for at least 3 hours. Granted, we were there during busy season, but something’s gotta be done. The noise and the hard bed were the worst things. Let me list a few other pros and cons. The parking is not on premises, but in that area I was thankful for what they had. It’s not convenient but it’s secure and most importantly, it’s there. The wifi is anaemic and ethereal. We had to walk up 6 flights of stairs (3 floors) and there was one floor above us. Who builds a building with 6 floors without an elevator? We were aware in advance so that’s on us and they did help us carry our stuff up. Also, from that lofty height the view is lovely. The breakfast is good and it is served with a smile from about 8:10 until 10. We tried the restaurant for lunch once. The first three things we tried to order were unavailable. What we finally got came without much flavor so we did not return. There are other great places in the area so we did just fine. There’s no pool but you are right across the street from the busiest beach I have ever seen. The hotel will reserve you a couple of sun lounges and umbrella but expect to have folks right on top of you, as in dripping all over you close. I enjoyed the snorkeling but getting through the bodies out to the rock can be daunting. The beach has some sand but is primarily gravel. Other than the nonexistent soundproofing and the granite slab beds, the room was ok. One plus was a good selection of channels on the TV. They did use a fragranced cleaning product to mop the halls each day, but the linens and tile floor in the room were not fragranced. We feel that the high ratings that this place has are due to the great service, but were expecting the whole package and were disappointed.
