Very nice and pleasant stay at this hotel
Reviewed By James BThe hotel is very clean not far from the City /Town of Grenaa and very near the coast so easy access to the beach. Food was prepared and presented well various choices of meats and vegetables along with deserts. Most outstanding thing I would like to mention in my review is regarding the Hotel Staff they are the BEST very helpful in every way. They looked after us very well. Reviewed By Chx89Very comfortable hotel room. Very clean and nice bed. Bathroom was a little small and could do with an upgrade - but overall a positive experience! Breakfast was lovely and staff friendly. Access to the beach made a really lovely stay! Great beach hotel :)

Reviewed By GeoTrunkThe rooms are not the best layout: It is hard to get around due to the tightness and the handwash in the bathroom is too small. But They are clean and everything works well. The restaurant is excellent - although They need to upgrade their selection of beers? Breakfast is OK. Ask for a rooms not facing the stream if you want to avoid truck noice during the night.

Pakhuset Anholt drives med hjerte for Anholt af Anja og Klaus. De er et energisk par der varetager mange funktioner på Anholt, fælles er at de elsker Øen, Deres arbejde og hinanden. Klaus har rødderne dybt plantet i Anholts jord idet hans slægt på Øen går mange hundrede år tilbage. Pakhuset Anholt ligger på absolut første parket helt ud til kajkanten. 100 mtr fra færgen og 200 mtr fra stranden. Udsigten er storslået med hav, strand og havn i front. På bagsiden er udsigten mod Nordbjerg og den smukke natur. Pakhuset Anholt er gennem renoveret med nye værelser, badeværelser, fælles stue og køkken. Der findes endvidere hyggelig gårdhave med grill, terrasse og have. Hver morgen ankommer fiskekuttere fra nattens fiskeri med frisk fangede jomfruhummere, lige udenfor din dør.

Not really a service quality hotel
Reviewed By greentea55Front staff - there was an old woman who didn't smile, nor show any customer care spirit at all. A young man was nice though when I checked in. Coffee refills costs 15 dkk?! - I chose not to have a room cleaning next morning. So I didn't get coffee refills. Later the evening went to ask to get some, a woman staff said I had to pay for it. But you're supposed to get free 2 coffee refills -- but because they closed the cashier already, she keeps saying I have to pay for them. I felt like the staff is not very well trained, there is no customer service exists in the hotel. Breakfast - super busy, tables are not cleaned. I had to sit down someone's after-eat-messy table. Food was ok not anything special as I didn't expect anything. It looks like they close the cashier / front desk after certain hours at night. I thought "hotels" would always have 24hrs reception??

Motel Ebeltoft is a newly opened motel with all the facilities you can desire. Situated only 8 kilometers from Aarhus airport and only 8 kilometers from the ferry to Sealand. It is as central as can be. All rooms are well equipped and free wireless internet available for all guests. Ebeltoft is a wonderful little city with sandy beaches, many attractions, most of them focused on children.
Shocking customer service
Reviewed By Soren WWe arrived as advised in our email/ booking at 1900. We did not get any code for the box with key, nor anything to allow us to get inside. Our luck was that another guest let us in. We then tried to call the number provided at the reception and also emailed the hotel. We even looked up who owned the hotel to try and find an alternative number as no one was answering. Waiting 10, 15 maybe as long as 20 min is acceptable, but we waited 45 min!!! When the guy came down to serve us it was without any apology or anything- just a quick "oh I saw your email, I guess I better get you guys a key". Shocked of the lack of attempt to offer some kind of compensation or appology I was direct enough to ask if it would not be fair with some kind of compensation- to which we just got "no, you will pay full price". We then wanted to check if breakfast was okay at 0700, and we got told that in the high season breakfast is not served before 0800. There was no suggestion for any take away breakfast or anything... the guy just left as if we had been a pain for him. In our room there was just one lonely tea bag and rarely have we felt so low. Well motel ebeltoft, it was not a pleasure and we will not be a pain for you again and our company will find another place going forward. Shocking is almost a compliment! Det var pinligt!!!!

Reviewed By Eagle_dkThis small B&B on a former farm is excellently located 5 min drive from Mols Bjerge. Room and bathroom modernised and very clean, nicely decorated with plenty of storing space. Coffee and tea facilities to share for two rooms. Very comfy bed. Nice views to the hills and Kalø Vig. Friendly and service minded hostess. Restaurants in Femmøller (2 km) or Rønde (10 km). Good value for money.

Ok til familieferie
Reviewed By Vandrende-pindVi har netop været knap en uge i en af Danlands lejligheder i Bønnerup Strand. Det har været udemærket. Lejligheden var ren og pæn, dog var der ikke det store udvalg i køkkenudstyr. Vær opmærksom på at lejlighederne er privatejede og derfor forskellig indrettet, hvilket er lidt mærkeligt, når man lejer, at man ikke ved, hvordan netop ens lejlighed ser ud. Det ville være rart, hvis man kunne vælge den lejlighed, man gerne ville have. Men vi var ok heldige med vores. Der er svømmehal med mindre pool, dampbad, børnepool, boblebad og sauna. Ikke det nyeste, men meget rent og velholdt. Super dejligt er det, at poolen er rimelig varm, så man kan “holde ud” at bade. Der er desuden aktivitetsrum med bordtennis, spillemaskiner, poolbord og lidt legetøj til de mindste. Udenfor er der legeplads, fodboldbane, minigolf mm. Alt er udemærket, men fodboldbanen trænger til nyt kunstgræs. Havnen ligger i gåafstand - prøv fiskehandleren: super lækker fisk til gode priser (særligt hvis du er vant til københavner priser på fisk). Alt i alt et fint sted, hvor vi gerne kommer igen.

Very nice and quiet place.
Reviewed By RC319Stayed for 2 nights here in august. A very nice, old and refurbished building. Nice view from the garden, in a quiet area. Would recommend it for familes with children, as a base when exploring the area.
