The lunch was delicious and the service was impeccable. We ate the rooster, their specialty, and we were so pleased with the level of service and the quality of food. It was such a beautiful view over the gorgeous village. A must see!!

We tried almost everything they had on the menu and it all was very tasteful! The omelette with salted pork and the rooster with local pasta were out of this world! Prices are very low

The friendly waitress at this welcoming restaurant on the southern edge of the village speaks no English, but there's an English menu. We had mainly meat - sausage, rabbit and fricassee of kid - and it was all good if a bit too salty. The only real letdown was the cabbage salad, which was on the wrong side of fresh. However, it's convivial and warm, and the house wine is super.

I ate dinner one night in late May at To Kapilo ton Athanaton and found the food, service, and setting memorable! My friendly English-speaking server helped me select a mixed salad of cabbage, carrot, and arugula, followed by an incredibly delicious, perfectly cooked, and wonderfully seasoned entree of ground wild boar stuffed with cheese, which melted throughout the ground meat when cooked -- simple, but SO good! It was served with french fries, and I also had bread and water and a glass of red wine, all for under 20 euros. I ate in an area overlooking a leafy ravine, but on a rainy night, so the windows were covered in heavy plastic. Although it was quite dark after nightfall, the views before then were very nice; I would guess it would be even more pleasant when the windows aren’t covered in plastic.

We visited this taverna in a late afternoon of Sunday in September. Maybe because it was a bit late, choice of dished was very limited. They prepared only one mageirefta (slow cooked food), which was already sold out. No ladera (vegetables cooked with oil) either. We had beet roots which came in a very small portion. Biftekia were pretty good, but pork chop was just average. Water came bottled, even the tap water is good to drink here. Not much impressed.

H Zerzova tavern in the small village of Panagia Arcadia offers unique, simple rustic flavors, based strictly on traditional recipes, always using local, fresh ingredients depending on the time of year.
As per Lonely Planet, it is a 25 minute drive from dimitsani but well worth it. Gorgeous small village at end of road. Lovely town square location. Great healthy unique local food. Very cold mythos beer & good house wines. 30 euro for two. Highly recommended for quality.

Great service.
Great hosts!
Superb view.
It is a nice place to be, any hour of the day and any season.
The hosts are friendly and of very good humour.
To sum up, the best way to start your day, relax in between activities or end your day, if you are in the greater area of Dimitsana.

Everything was excellent (we tried only the grilled food and the starters). The kids loved it as there was plenty of space to play.
