Located at the lobby level of Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah, overlooking the beautiful landscapes and the infinity pool, it is a place to discover the best the world has to offer with an elaborate buffet breakfast, A la carte lunch and dinner under one roof
We had the tuna Nicoise, the tuna was excellent, overly generous with the olives (better that than mean with them), my poached egg was poorly presented but it all tasted good and with good service.

Was impressed with the food and service. The staff was courteous and the food was delicious. Standout food was prawn dry fry and veg chilly milli. Ghee rice was spot on. The only issue we faced was that the chappati was a bit hard and dry.

Art of Spices is the pioneer of Indian delicacies in Salalah that goes beyond the regular Idli, Dosa, Uttapam. The restaurant is the first of its kind to introduce Royal India to the cuisines of the country that includes recipes from Kerala, Malabar coast
A modern, bright and clean restaurant that offered huge portions of truly brilliant food, teamed with infallible service and attention to detail. We wrongly assumed that chicken mains would be bone-free, but for future reference, chicken can be prepared boneless upon request. Breadth and authenticity more than compensated for this, and we both agreed that it was without a doubt the best Indian meal we'd ever enjoyed. We will definitely return when next in Salalah.Dear JenelleThank you for your great review. Looking forward to serve you again.RegardsAOS Team
