This is the second time for both my wife and I (first was the location in Jeddah which is better overall) and a first for our friends. The selection of meats served by the gauchos where numerous, plentiful, and tasty. The salad bar-side dish choices where somewhat scant and not as good as Jeddahs location. Overall the food and service was good.

The food is delicious, lots of varieties, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. This is a good place to enjoy meals especially steaks, ribs and appetizers and fresh juice drinks. However, due to their location which is close to so many stores in the Mall, finding a nearby park is a problem, I wish they have a valet parking service.

Just let the Italian Chef recommend you what to order and how to cook it!! My favorite dishes were calamari on a Mediterranean sauce and fried sardines-like (needle-fish). We were all delighted

I love the steaks here so juicy and yummy. The price is fairly awesome compare to the taste of the food. Servers are friendly they offered us good choices of food for the group. Luch menu is available but you have to wait for a little time.

Visited for dessert today.
Opel praline cake was really good. A bit too sweet.
Oreo (velvet) cheesecake was really bad, inedible even.
Kunafa macaroon was really good and its white stuffing was excellent, but the sugar content was extremely high which, for me, ruined it. I've always enjoyed the macaroons here but they've always been too sweet.

An authentic Moroccan Restaurant in a contemporary and refined setting provides the most tantalizing signature dishes prepared by professional Moroccan chefs will exceed your expectations.
Delicious food and nice atmosphere. Restaurant is placed into Crowne Hotel and wasn't opened until after Iftar during Ramadan (about 8 PM). It was worth to wait for experience with these special plates. Tagine, Pastilla and Soup were amazing. Roasted Lamb the best. Very nice dinner.

Well what can I say about this place. One I will never return and neither will my friend. We were so hungry as well and it was just a disappointment. I had heard a lot about this food chain and so my friend and I decided it was time to try it out.
Something that offers so much and is so disappointing is a shame. The service was ok but nothing to write home about. I am just gobsmacked and how expensive it is for what you get. I have no issue for paying for quality, I have done this at The Butcher Shop and Grill but here you pay so much money for very little.
I had a burger and it was dry, I felt bad that a cow had died to produce the meat that went into that burger. My friend had the steak which was cooked incorrectly but at that stage we didn't complain because we couldn't bear to stay any longer than we had to.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is like a canteen and for the price, I would have preferred to go to Paul's for a bit of style.
After the meal, my friend went home and proceeded to be ill for 24 hours, we're not sure if it was food poisoning but judging by the cleanliness of the place, I wouldn't be surprised.
Never again!

Ordered Fajita, Margarita chicken mex & Margarita grilled chicken, took them 30 Minutes to serve the order. If talk about taste Steak was good, but margarita chicken was undercooked, had to literally fight with it. They need to improve on service as its very slow. Food prices are reasonable, but they charge 8SR for 0.6L water which is not acceptable at all.

orry it took this long to do a review, just kept on putting it back and at totally forgotten when it's not a fair thing. But I do and my family did - enjoy our lunch, the food was great, and my kids esp liked the line up of desserts, they didn't wanna go home anymore. :) Cheers, and to the Manager who kept watch over us, and the other visitors, thank you.
