I higly recommend this new restaurant in Svaneke. My girlfriend and I had a nice evening there in cosy athmosphere where the decor is thought out in every details. We went for the set menu â gravlax, Icelandic lamb and strawberries. The cook obviously knows what he is doing and shows respects to the food; all the courses were super tasty, innovative but never overdone. Our friendly waiter picked the wine with us with expertise (try the Georgian orange with the gravlax, its superb). Bubble wine to start with, three course menu with seleceted wines, good coffee and cognac, all this for little more than 1.000 dkk for two persons â thatâs fair to say the least!Takk fyrir! :)Thank you for taking time to write about us, it really means alot. Me and my housband are so passionate about our new little restaurant and this really gives an energy boost. Look forward in acoomodating you in the future.regards Tinna

There were a great number in our party for a destination wedding from America. We had a huge dinner here and the steak was excellent. I had the Garlic Steak; very good! I liked the Shrimp Scampi better than the Shrimp Cocktail. They continued to bring pictures of beer to the table for everyone to pour themselves. Good and cold! Service was excellent and very fun. They even went an extra step...they printed up special labels and put them on beers for us all to take as a "party favor"! Totally GREAT!

This takes top spot for smoked herring and wild caught salmon. Absolutely delicious and I am now a converted smoked fish eater...

We called for reservations the same day, reservations are absolutely essential. Only one menu item - a whole pig grilled with creamy potatoes and a tossed salad. You can get as many servings as you wish and the meat is very tasty and tender. After the meal the Icelandic singer Siggi Bjørns gives a 3-hour show. Very nice with a lot of audience partcipation singing the songs we all like and enjoy. A spectacular banjo player joins him in the end - so don't leave too early.

The location is spectacular, especially if you could get a window seat facing the sea. It's large menu is DKK700 features 5-course: snacks, beef tartare, lemon sole, grilled lamb and berries dessert. With wine pairing add DKK550. However, they do not have a sommelier, and the explanation is below basic, and serving is stingy. The 2nd, 3rd & 4th course are served in a communal fashion, which is a great ideal, as man and woman have a different appetites size. It could be their peak summer launch, we waited for more than half an hour between the first and second course and the subsequences. It took us more than 3 hours to finish the lunch. Overall, the lemon sole and vegetables are outstanding, the rest are not as innovative. I feel they might be a little bit too complacent with the one star.

Two adults, two kids, two catch of the day, one schnitzel (kids menu) and one spagetti bolognese (also kids menu). Everything tasted very good and the service was good as well. Cosy atmosphere and ok prices considering this is Denmark.
Café Eastwind har et udvalg af laekker kaffe, kage, sandwich og salater.
I really want to promote this cafe because the surf concept is a true passion of mine! But the girl behind the disk spoiled it all - she was either new, too shy or just less passionate - serving cold Cortado and The was just part of the sad outcome! But perhaps Jonas (owner) is more lucky with his future staff. Until then, avoid the girl and give the cafe a chance anyway!Hello Brian,Thank you for your review. We love feedback and are sorry for the bad service you had. Our motto is "Your Experience - Our Passion" and I am sad you didn't get a chance to experience that! Please let me know when you come by again - then we will do our best to make your next visit comfortable with a good experience and passionate barista.Best,Jonas Bagger SørensenOwner Café Eastwind

Enjoyed an excellent lunch af Snogebaek Roegeri (Snoogebaek Smokehouse) in late June 2016.The restaurant offered an excellent fish buffet with very high quality fish dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious and hygiene was immaculate. And the prices were reasonable. All the dishes in the buffet were fine but a personal favourite was the traditional Danish dish raw marinated heering served with dark bread which was the best I have had for many years.

We had a four-course meal, including two starters, a main course (lamb that evening), and a dessert. Actually, we had seven servings including an appetizer, and two small dishes. Every dish was very tasteful. The servant was very knowledgable and helpful. He recommended a good wine to the meal, and he also gave a good presentation of the dishes. We had a table at the window with a nice view over the Baltic Sea.

Cosy mix of an outdoor cafe with a Bornholm twist, and a vintage interior store. One of the most cosy places in all of Bornholm. At Fru Due we offer delicious food pancakes baked on buckwheat flour and filled with carefully selected ingredients as well as
Ate here for lunch with my 7 year old and parents. Lovely couple running this place which serves home made savoury pancakes with amazing filings. Great atmosphere sitting outside . The food is inventive and tasty, and they helpfully adapted a dish to better suit a child. Might be good to have a pancake for children in the future, but thats a minor point. wonderful addition to Snogebækâs cafe/restaurant selection
