Good omlettes, excellent potatoes, great service and ok coffee. Nice environment and atmosphere. Especially perfect considering I needed a place for a bite getting my car serviced around the corner

Stopped in here one night for dinner with the family since we were in the area. We were seated immediately & given menus, although we don't need them. We ALWAYS order our favorites each time we stop in. Mine is the open faced hot turkey sandwich. Turkey here is REAL roasted turkey, which I have been told they roast in house daily. My husband loves the open faced roast beef sandwich. AND the kids love their pancakes. Breakfast is served ALL day here! After dinner, my husband ordered a HUGE slice of their banana cream pie to share with the kids. They all raved about how yummy it was!Service was friendly and pretty quick this time which was a pleasant surprise. Some of the waitstaff they have moves at a snails pace, but our waitress was excellent! Overall, another good experience with Cosmo's. Food was excellent as usual. Prices are average. Portion sizes are decent, but NOT huge. I actually do wish they gave us MORE mashed potatoes on the open face sandwich platters, as they are SO good!! Menu has a nice selection for a diner. They also have a specials board and a senior menu, which seems like a GREAT deal. I would recommend and we will be back!

Crossroads Restaurant has been serving the Wilmington community for over ten years with its friendly staff, authentic food and family atmosphere. With hand-cut meats, dishes made to order, sauces made from scratch, homemade soups and daily specials, Cross
You could take this place and easily drop it into any high end casino in Vegas and it would fit right in. The whole restaurant - the service and servers, the decor, especially the food, are all upscale yet very welcoming. I recently had the Seafood Bene, and the Prime Rib special. I have come to accept over the years that a Benedict tends to be not too flavorful, but hearty and filling. Not so at Crossroads. They spice their Hollandaise Sauce just right, and it brings the whole dish together. I am absolutely spoiled now. I have had other Benes since, and none compare. The Prime Rib is huge, and great! I ate almost all the way through it, and though, I ought to try cutting this with my fork. I did just that.Sunday mornings the joint is jumping. The line starts at the door, turns around by the end of the food sitting bar, and winds back to the Hostess station. Don't let that deter you. The most I think we have waited (while we shuffled along with everyone else) has been 15-20 minutes. The staff is efficient. Jim, the manager takes seat requirements. So when you get to the Hostess your table is ready! It's a great place to eat, smile at old friends, and have waitstaff wait on you that know what they are doing.

Casual Breakfast/Lunch eatery owned and operated by the same family for over 35 years.
Was near our hotel (5 blocks) so we decided to try it for brunch. The walk there did take in the people highlights of homeless Wilmington, with a couple of beggars thrown in for good measure. They close at 1 PM on Saturdays, so we just made it. Food was good solid fare, with a limited Saturday menu, and not an extensive egg selection. Coffee was OK typical diner stuff. Service was very good and friendly. We were warned again about walking in Wilmington after dark, which we really appreciated. Restaurant is cosy and has a frindly vibe to it.

1st and most important Lucky's does not look clean. I would be afraid to see the kitchen. The entire place looks tired and shabby. Food was not good for me. I asked for scrambled eggs light with cheddar cheese mixed into the eggs. what I got looked like an omelet with the cheese on top. It had crispy edges an entire portion was overcooked, that is why I do not like omelets.

Went for a late dinner on a recent Thursday evening. Most of the early diners had left so it wasn't too busy. We were seated quickly and drinks orders taken. The menu is extensive and varied and reasonably priced. I chose the turkey stuffing and gravy dinner, while my friends had beef sliders and crab cake sliders. The portions are HUGE , well presented and hot and tasty. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient.Drinks were top notch and not watered down. Would recommend and return but watch out for the huge portions. It seemed everyone was leaving with boxes!
