In the heart of downtown Delaware, this modern comfortable restaurant serves quality Mexican cuisine along with classic midwest dishes in a Mexican flair. Starting with lunch thru our late night kitchen, come try refreshing margarita's, tasty taco's, and unique entree's like the green Chile meatloaf!
12 West is a great little place in Delaware. I was the only one in for dinner at 4:00…. Pretty early!!! Great service by the staff. I had several drinks and the servers were super. Ana and Carla were the main two!!! Loved them!!!!!! I had a corn salad and chips and salsa…. Everything food wise was super duper!!!! This place is pretty cool!!!!!!!!!!

Well it didn't cost a nickel, but then what does these days? We enjoyed some delicious custard dishes with a variety of toppings. There was constant traffic and it was a little cool outside, but that didn't stop people from enjoying this custard location. The counter help was very pleasant and helpful. A great stop to our visit to Delaware. Seating is limited, but on a nicer day people can sit outside or just venture in and leave.

My husband and I stopped in to try ...what else...but their hamburgers! The sandwiches and fries were very good. We also tried the grilled cinnamon roll, which was also good. The people were friendly, and the restaurant clean. We really enjoyed the diner atmosphere and will definitely go there again!

Community oriented full-service Espresso Bar within a unique home/gift & antique store, comfy seating throughout & sit up bar. Handcrafted drinks using One Line & Brioso roasters!
Reasonably good coffee mixed with an eclectic mix of "vintage" and antique items. It is an interesting mix concept, but the experience was slightly marred by a shortage of place to sit and a combination of smells (candles, "old things", etc.) along with the coffee. By no means am I a purist, but I would suggest doing your browsing first then grabbing a cup to either enjoy outside or to go.

Stopped in last night for dinner and came away with two new additions to their great food. First was a chocolate/peanut butter porter beer called Sweet Baby Jesus!!! It was SO GOOD!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!! The second was my main dish called Mushroom Ravioli.... it was super too!! Sean, my waiter again, was simply the best!!! Extremely attentive and knowledgable!!!! Sean is such an attribute to this place!!! Give this place a try!!!

On my way to Delaware, I decided to stop by this location for some much needed Grande Soy Chestnut Praline latte. Although they were slammed, the counter woman took my order very politely and pleasantly. This wonderful service made for a wonderful experience.

Located in beautiful downtown Delaware, 1808 American Bistro prides itself on its local fare and fresh drinks. Offering superb quality classics with the finest, most local ingredients available is our specialty. American bistro fare with the occasional twists. Our attention to quality doesn't stop with our cuisine. We toast to good drinks. Handmade cocktails with fresh squeezed ingredients. Wines from around the world and right in our backyard. And, we have the most extensive craft beer list in town - 48 brews on draft.
My wife have come here twice so far. Both times we have eaten in the bar area versus the restaurant which serves the entire menu. The service was was excellent and helpful. They have a lot of beers on tap and carry 40 or more craft beers from around the area. They have an interesting selection of mixed drinks. My wife enjoyed 'The Saint.' I preferred "The Smoking Gun.' I've gotten one of dinner specials each time I have been there and haven't been disappointed. They've got several desert options. We've tried a couple of them and have enjoyed them.

Good neighborhood 70s style ice cream with awesome ice creams and just average food. Come for the ice cream since they are all great and tasty: shakes, cones, swirls, flurries… Lots of parking space around so it is easy to get and stop. Fantastic and nice staff. Unfortunately hot dogs and burgers are in the downside though… So better come here just for their superb ice creams.
