We were here for a few days in April, so we couldn't take advantage of the warm weather activities. There's plenty to do with 2 pools, a beach, kayak rental, batting cage, arcade room, playground, fitness center and onsite restaurant. Our RV lot was gravel and level. I like that they have a strict leash policy for dogs.

When we stay in Dewey or Rehoboth we really enjoy spending time at the Delaware Seashore State Park Beach that is near the inlet. The cost is $5 for DE state residents and $10 for out of state. We are out of state and you can buy a 3 admission entry for $25 but you have to do that at the Lifesaving Station site up the road toward Dewey. We really enjoy the beach here because it is wider than those at Dewey and Rehoboth. Also, my husband and sons like to fish, which they can do into the inlet by the rocks even when the beach is at capacity. You can fish into the surf after the beach clears out later in the day. It's a lovely beach, but if you have small children you have to watch them like a hawk in the water because there are no lifeguards. There is a bath house and bathrooms. You have to bring a bag to take out your trash as there are no trash cans there. We have never stayed at the campground across the way. Always come here for a day trip for the beach and fishing.

We spent 4 nights in this park. Sites are pretty close together and can be difficult to get into easily. There is only one bathhouse between loop C and D but it was never busy. Everything was cleaned everyday. Our main complaint was at the dumping station, which was old and not well maintained. The grandkids loved the water park and I felt it was a good value. We chose an afternoon sesssion on a Monday, so it wasnt crowded. There is a good walking trail around the pond.

We stayed in a cabin. It had a screened in porch with a large picnic table. Small refrigerator and microwave, couch, shelving and beds.. No cooking allowed inside or on the porch. There is a fire ring outside. Water spigot is outside. Restrooms and bathhouses are close by. They were clean, but showers need upgraded. Since it was off season the camp store wasn't open Tue. - Thurs. Bait shop was closed as well. Went fishing at the pier, but didn't catch any fish. Used the bike trails which were well maintained. Took a tour of the bunker which was interesting to learn of the history.

It's all about the water at Sun Retreats Rehoboth Bay, formerly known as Leisure Point RV Resort. Our premiere Delaware campground is located off a tributary of Rehoboth Bay in Long Neck. Easy access to the bay and the Atlantic Ocean from our 300-slip marina is just the beginning of the fun at Sun Retreats Rehoboth Bay. Our beautiful resort offers seasonal camping with spacious full hook-up RV sites and great amenities like a swimming pool, basketball court, WiFi access, and planned activities. My husband and I have enjoyed our home at Leisure Point for 4 summers now. We enjoy a 3 day weekend monthly and look forward to vacations exploring the Delmarva Peninsula! Life is great at Leisure Point Resort.

Very nice campground all sites are pull thru. Adult pool, family pool Email check in but still would like a representative from the grounds come by and see if we were ok. Most of the transit sites do not have shade.

Big Oaks has been family owned and operated for over 50 years. We offer camping for tents, popups, trailers, and motorhomes, as well as cabin and mobile home rentals. We are only 2 and a half miles from Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk, and only a mile from the Tanger Outlets. We are a stop on the local bus route, and only a quarter mile from the Junction and Breakwater bike trail to Rehoboth or Lewes.
This campground is conveniently located however most of the occupants are seasonal guests . Not really a problem for me except that the only spots available for vacationers are the 6 or so right across from the office ( that’s not the issue) these spots are short and very tight rv’s are basically on top of one another. The kick here is that all the garbage receptacles are directly across from them ( no dumpster , approximately 2 dozen trash cans ) the green head flies swarm the garbage and anything within 100 or so feet of them . So bad you cannot eat outside your RV! We went to the office to ask if anything could be done and a maintenance man came over and sprayed some pesticide ( that always tasted good with breakfast ) and said that’s about all he can do . 20 minutes later the flies returned with a vengeance . I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to any other people.

G & R campground is a hidden gem in DE. We stayed over Labor Day weekend. We arrived late with intentions of staying one night as we were attending a nearby event. The bath houses were clean and the lots were shaded. The owner was friendly and accommodating. We ended up staying another night. It is 30 minutes from Lewes and Rehoboth beaches. We will definitely be returning.

Welcome to Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ at Delaware Beaches, one of the state’s top family camping and vacation destinations. Located in Lincoln, just minutes from Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach, and Lewes, tax-free shopping, sports complexes, restaurants, Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge, and so much more, our Delaware campground features resort-style attractions, amenities, activities, updated facilities, and theme weekends. Great recent updates include splash pad and waterslides, an expanded arcade, playground, batting cage, and upgraded WiFi, and activities are waiting for you this camping season. We can’t wait to share them with you! It’s more than a campground … it’s a family experience like no other.
To start off…. My dad had booked a site at the front of the campground since he’s handicap… but since he didn’t “lock in” his site, we were moved. I can deal with that except they moved us to the completely opposite side of the park (literally the last spot in the farthest back corner). So, I asked for a golf cart rental and of course, they’re sold out. They don’t have enough golf carts for everyone in the park. I spoke with the woman at the front, explained my situation and the NEED for a golf cart. No apology given. She took down my number, said she’d look into it and give me a call soon… I never heard anything… now we have to spend the rest of the weekend driving our car back and forth just to use the bathroom. So, I’m not impressed with their customer service in the least bit or any type of follow-up. Needless to say my dad is very upset so, we won’t be staying here again nor recommend to others.

Campground Resort Overnight, Seasonal, Annual, Tent camping and Cabin Rentals Located just west of Lewes, Delaware. Wooded seclusion near the resort Beaches of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Pool and Splash Park. Camp Store, planned activities, Mini-golf and playground. Open all year round for overnight camping, with heated bathhouse
We had a great experience staying here! Our 1st day, traveling from PA to DE, we had awful weather from Hurricane Ida, so the campground office put our welcome kit in a weatherproof container for us to pick up at the gate entrance, when we arrived in the middle of the night. We loved that we didn't have to wait until the office opened the next morning. We stayed in one of their deluxe suite cabins, and it is literally everything you need for "glamping". The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because we had an ant problem in our cabin from day 1. As long as we kept all food in the upper cabinet and fridge, they were pretty scarce. They have a really nice pool area and a splash pad that our 3 yr old LOVED. They even have floaties/toys you can borrow. The playground is right next to the pool. They have free mini golf just a few steps away from the pool area, which is also where the campground store is. This store literally has EVERYTHING you would need for your stay (and reasonably priced). It also has a grill inside where you can order delicious food to go. They have a laundromat behind the store ($1.75 per load). The office has bicycle rentals: singles, tandems, and a few kids bikes ($2/hour or $10/day). They have a bike trail right beside the campground that runs all the way down to Lewes Beach/Cape Henlopen. I think it's 6.6 miles. This campground is HUGE. They keep it very nice & the locals who have mobiles there are very friendly. The main way to get around the campground is either bikes or golfcarts (you have to bring your own, no golfcart rentals). It was only a 15 min drive for us to get to Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen Beach. The outlets are also only 15 mins away. The campground area is very rural and peaceful, yet close to the hussle and bussle. We loved our trip and will definitely be returning next year!
