Comfortable room with comfy bed/linens. nice little sitting area and a terras with quiet seating. food was amazing. for lunch the chef offers a small but very balanced menu. all dishes can be adjusted for vegetarian, vegan, or if you want fish or meat options. diner was excellent with surprising combinations and completely different both nights. Accompanying wines are fantastic.

Landhuishotel & Restaurant De Bloemenbeek ligt aan een kabbelende Bloemenbeek in het sterk glooiende Dinkeldal. De huidige Bloemenbeek is meer dan 55 jaar in het bezit van de hotelierfamilie Strikker. Sinds januari 2021 lid van Alliance Gastronomique. De Bloemenbeek is een warm en sfeervol boetiekachtig hotel met historie, stijl en internationale allure. Het hotel is prachtig gesitueerd op een eigen landgoed van ruim 5 hectare en beschikt over 58 kamers & suites. Het landgoed beschikt in de zomer over een tennisbaan en een bescheiden pitch & putt baan met 9 afslagmogelijkheden en 5 holes, uiteraard voorzien van hoogteverschillen, bunkers, en ecologische aangelegde waterhindernissen/poelen. De Bloemenbeek kent als basis de klassieke Frans-mediterrane keuken (bekroond met 1 Michelinster) maar laat zich waar mogelijk vooral ook inspireren door het aanbod van ingrediënten uit het rijke Twentse land. Het resultaat is een verfijnde keuken met internationale faam en erkenning waar ook veel wordt gewerkt met kruiden uit eigen tuin en prachtig wild van de plaatselijke jacht. De toegewijde zwarte brigade zorgt naast een prettige en attente service voor verrassende wijnsuggesties bij de verfijnde gerechten. Wie hier eenmaal geweest is komt maar al te graag terug. Het Landhuishotel is perfect bereikbaar via de autosnelweg A1, afrit 34, De Lutte. De gasten kunnen kosteloos en veilig parkeren op eigen landgoed. Reviewed By Jan FHave stayed at De Bloemenbeek several times, both for business and leisure. The hospitality and kindness of the staff does not stop to amaze me. From the time you enter the hotel or restaurant I feel welcome and appreciated. The food and attention to detail in the restaurant is amazing. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable and very (very) clean. The grounds and common areas are inviting and provide ample opportunity to sit, lounge and have a drink. Comfortable conference rooms (different group sizes). Plenty (free) parking. The hotel is located in a quite area with lots of hiking and bicycle trails. A gem in the country side of Twente. Centrally located, close to the towns of Oldenzaal, Hengelo and Enschede.

We stayed for a night, breaking a long journey and arriving about 1930. All the staff were approachable and helpful and made sure that we were happy with everything. We had booked the fixed price dinner and the three courses (no choice) were very tasty and attractively presented. The room was standard but comfortable although the plumbing was a little noisy. Nice to be able to walk around the grounds. Would be very happy to stay again if in the area.

Reviewed By Benjamin HVery friendly owners welcomed us, we had booked the 4 bed apartment which is big enough for one night to sleep with two adults and two children. The location is not far from the highway, just the other side of the road there is a quite busy train line. This could be annoying when you like to sleep the window open. The restaurant in the evening was delicious. the break first in the morning was great. special attention received the children. For the price we were totally satisfied.

Reviewed By 831patEen bijzonder landschap, voor deze "Hollander", maar ook een bijzonder prettige sfeer. Misschien niet aan te raden voor discogangers, maar die zitten al elders. Voor degenen die graag naar Groot Brtittannië reizen, is dit een perfect alternatief qua sfeer, geboden mogelijkheden, en een opsteker qua keuken.

“ Vergane Glorie”

Een kleine ongezellige kamer, alleen bereikbaar per trap, in bed waait de wind langs je hoofd, in de douche langs je benen. Er was een grond/ urinelucht op de kamer, de kamers kunnen eigenlijk niet meer verhuurd worden. Het hotel is aan het renoveren, waarschijnlijk als het klaar is een prima Hotel, maar nu vreselijk. Het ontbijt, redelijk, niets werd aangevuld. Goede locatie, misschien een tweede kans na de renovatie..
