We have stopped many times for pies for us, family & friends.
If you like fried pies, this is the place. Be careful not to ask questions because the owner/manger turns into a witch. Since being treated badly by her, we have not been back. This is why a gave a terrible rating, no customer should be treated like we were.

Best Coffee in Davis, Oklahoma and great place to meet and greet with friends. The flavors are full bodied and the aromas are heavenly. Roasts their own locally, buy it by the 12 oz. pks.

As a Texan, I eat BBQ on a regular basis. Found this place to be good, perhaps average, in comparison to chains like Spring Creek, Dickeys, and Rudys. I esp liked the pulled pork and hot links, which I would rate excellent. Brisket and ribs are average. Salt Lick definitely tastier.

At Boomarang, we are proud to say that word of mouth has filled our restaurants for over 25 years. The appeal to Boomarang covers all ages. The truth is that great food, fast just doesn't go out of style. As word travels the Boomarang Diner legacy continues to grow. People not only talk about the best burger they have ever eaten but they speak of the genuine service and spotless restaurants. Boomarang made its mark from the humble beginnings of a man dedicated to make the best burger ever and to do this consistently every day. His vision is and always has been to treat every customer special. Come and visit one of our locations and you will see why we have been voted best burger, best breakfast, and best waitress. Boomarang is not fast food but it is great food fast. 100% Fresh and made to order.
Stopped today for lunch, I was immediately greeted by the staff. Nostalgic decor throughout the diner, my food came out quick, hot and correct. While there I witnessed the wait staff taking very good care of the customers and even stopped what they were doing to help an elderly lady out the door and to her car. Great food and even better customer service.

a major restaurant in this small Oklahoma town.
Have been passing this place for years (I'm not from Davis) and decided to finally stop and try the burgers they say they've been serving for 40 years.
The burger itself was quite good but way too large. I could hardly hold it and everything kept falling out of it. Wish they served a smaller size.
The fries I especially didn't like because they were large and soft, almost felt undercooked, but I think that's just the type they were (see photo). Definitely not my favorite and why I give this place just an average rating. I didn't try anything else on the menu so may give it another chance. They do run specials (see photo), and the breakfast looked good. I would especially like to try their cinnamon rolls some time.
The restaurant itself has seen better days (see photos) which definitely gives it that old diner look. Unfortunately, there was no A/C in the bathrooms so it was stifling hot (102 outside).

We stopped by for a quick lunch on our way through town. The restaurant is very cozy. The servers were excellent and attentive. We had the fajitas, enchiladas and taco salad. The food was fresh and had great flavor. Portions were large which we appreciated. Worth a try!!

Not having many close by choices this was a good selection. The fired pies are really big empanadas, and they were very tasteful, the salty and the sweet ones. They main business is take out, but have tables where you can eat. Very clean.

While shopping on Main Street in Davis, Oklahoma, this is a great place to grab a quick lunch. We have eaten here twice and were impressed with the food and prices both times. I would recommend trying out this cute restaurant. The service is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is fun.

Their hours of operation had us confused if they were still in business. They are NOT open on Saturdays or Sundays. We went on a Friday night before they closed at 9. They have a variety to pick from. The Catfish seemed to be the most popular and it looked good. I had a bacon cheeseburger and a side of onion rings. The burger was the old fashioned diner type and no complaints. For two drinks, a small catfish dinner, the burger and rings with tax was $24 and change. The wait staff really hussle to get orders placed and food served. IT only holds a handful of people and was full so we had to wait about ten minutes if we'd have gotten there after 7 it had settled down by the time we left. They are open during the week for lunch as well but no weekends. We only drive thru usually on Friday nights and after they've already closed so thought it was out of business. I'd recommend you give it a try. It is just off main street south of the light across from the carwash behind the bank

It is an all you can eat and drink buffet. The price when we went was $15 each. They have fried catfish and usually another meat like chicken plus fried and boiled shrimp. You have salads and other sides to pick from and also for desert icecream with assorted toppings, cobbler, and slices of pie or cake. I would say the value and quality are both good. You eat off styro-foam with plastic-ware but for the price and the style of décor that's ok. There are very few places to eat in this area so you might want to stop on your way off I-35 towards Davis city center and eat here first.
