The two subs we ordered and enjoyed were of quality consistant with other Subways. The place was clean and service was friendly and efficient.

The food is good and fairly healthy. Great wait staff. Things that have changed from the previous restaurant seem to be minor or for the better. Great baked goods!

Very friendly staff who are all mainland Chinese, with good American-Chinese food and huge portions. They have an inexpensive and very good lunch menu also.

You want a place to eat that has the best pizza in SW Wi. This is the place to be!
They make the pizza from scratch and it is the most delicious thing you will eat. If you are the ATV/snowmobile trails, you will definitely appreciate the quality.

The drink prices are reasonable ($2.50 beers, $4.00 shots plus specials) and the people you work there are the funniest bunch. You will have raffles for guns and assorted outdoor things every week plus you have to do the "shake of the day." The pots can get pretty large.

The place has pool, darts and a lot of local people in the mix. You will have a blast.

Highly recommended!

I was put off by the flies in the restaurant. My $1.00 sandwich was good, service was speedy enough. Sandwiches seemed to be cooked to order instead of being made in advance. That is much better than getting a burger that has sat under a heat lamp. The small Darlington McDonald's shares a building with a Citgo gas station/convenience store. The rest room is in the convenience store and not as clean as it should be. The plumbing worked though, and there were paper towels.

Everything here is made from scratch, from the burgers using ground beef from the local locker plant (every place else uses preformed patties from who knows where) to the pies. Burgers are great, fries are great, pies are great. And the price is reasonable, even cheap.

I ordered three pizzas by phone for takeout. I arrived to pick up and the pizza took 10 minutes longer than indicated. The sauce had a sweetness to it and the cheese and toppings were good. The crust was thicker than preferred so I am giving them an average rating at best.

If you like dry rainbow buns and really greasy burgers, this might be your place. If cold Kraft single on a warm burger sounds good this is your place......otherwise, skip it. The soda is in cans, The cheese curds...nah...not that good either. The breakfast place in Darlington on the corner closed....pretty thin pickings now. If you are riding the cheese trail, Red Rooster at Mineral Point is good. Monroe has a number of good places to eat.
In Darlington, bring a sandwich from home. McDonalds is at the top of the hill if you must "dine" in Darlington.

Mike was there as was a barmaid and both immediately greeted me with a smile and hello. The lunch special was a meal and a half for six dollars. I chose a pork chop sandwich which was huge also, and a bargain. The cheese curds were white cheese and perfect, not over done and not a quarter inch of breading. Great beer selection and there was a half rack of ribs listed for the supper special for $10.50. I wanted to stay. If you are an ATV trail rider, walk the block and a half from the trail head and find this place, you will not regret it. It is small in the front but out back it hosts large parties, so it looks like the place for graduation parties. Can't wait for my next trail ride.

The Bridges has wonderful service, great food at a very reasonable price. Stayed at the Super 8 hotel (next door) on business. After driving all day I didn't feel like getting in the car again to find a place to eat. The Bridges was perfect! Like an oasis at the end of the day. Full bar, nice menu and great prices. Had the prime rib, the special that evening...Fantastic! And really nice to just walk next door to my room. If your travels take you there don't hesitate to stay for dinner!
