We were looking for sea food restaurant and this name cropped up in the list provided by TripAdvisor. We went there though it was far away from main area but did not have the guts to go into the restaurant as it is a very small place with loads of people enjoying their drinks. Since we were all family travelling we gave it a miss. Food we did not order so don't know.

We had taken all meals here during our trip. We found quality of food excellent with good quantity. All vegetarian items are nice. We enjoyed Kulcha, Naan and stuffed paratha. Minus point - 4 km away from centre of Diu. Must eat here while you are at Diu.

We were staying at Krishna beach resort, so when we wanted to have a quick lunch , Chulawala restaurant was the obvious choice.The restaurant serves a good mix of veg and non-veg dishes, including some of the seafood which is easily accessible in this part of Gujarat.There core menu is all about Punjabi food , though you can still get some Chinese, Thai and other dishes.We ordered their Nargisi Kofta with some parathas and naans. Everything past perfect. The curry was perfectly spiced and the portion was huge, same with parathas and naan, hot and flaky.The service staff needs a special mention, they were very attentive and did their job with great attention and pride.Overall given how bad food is in Diu, this place is an absolute gem of place and you must visit it even if you are not staying in the hotel.

Hi friends,This is my first visit to Diu. I found restaurant is simple with limited menu. All tourists of Gujrat state come here for drinks. Veg food is good n pocket friendly. But no great choice available in fish as this hotel is on beach. Food is not that spicy because of gujrati tourist. Drinks are little cheap as this is a union teritory.Good for residents of this hotel.Regards,JOGLEKAR V v

O Coqueiro restaurant has limited selection, but specialises in what's best, fresh prawm, calamari and fish, Portuguese style. Due to the well earned good reviews, the place attracts every foreign traveller in town.
