After a two year absence we were delighted to dine again at Salty Sweet. The Pork in honey was brilliant as was the delicious tuna and fillet steaks. This restaurant goes the extra mile to look after the customer. Well done Daniel, hopefully we will pass Makarska way again one day.Responses like these always motivate us to push forward, thank You!SaltySweet team.

We stopped here after getting off the Split to Brela bus. Our hosts for our accommodation were picking us up here. After arriving in Split pretty early in the morning and enjoying the views from the bus, it was a relief to stop and enjoy some hearty food with those views in the background. The food was ok (we had between us a schnitzel and fresh squid) and enjoyable, but nothing outstanding. Still, if you're passing by and want somewhere to stop and soak in the panorama, then this is a great place.

I was here having a Birthday dinner with couple of my friends. We ordered Chateaubriand for 4 persons and one of the side dishes was gratin potato, well served and delicious as well as the rest of the meal. Meat was soft and tasty with delicious dressing.Staff is very professional, kind and informed. They suggested us to have a good dalmatian vine to acompany with this meal and it was a great choice! I would highly recommended this place!

Most of us ordered schnitzels and a few ordered cordon bleu . They were very well made and tasty . Wasnât too much effort put into presentation or side dishes . Mine came with one half of a cherry tomato which we found funny , and just normal standard fries .needed a bit salad on the side . Service was great and we would go back .

We both had pasta, homemade carbonara and tagliatelle with mussels. They we're very good BUT the portions we're very small(maybe 60-70 grams of dried pasta).Don't go there if you are hungry.Thank You for Your kind review - we do everything to keep Your experience on the highest level!

Matrioska is still very nice restaurant, but...I was disappointed to see that only one year after it was implemented, sushi offer is over.Lamb, salmon, monk fish were very tasty, but NY steak was pretty bad. Service was pleasant and friendly yet in some situations a bit confused.I hope Matrioska will improve back next year
