Reviews on Grill food in Dubrovnik, Dalmatia, Croatia. Dubrovnik has recovered from the war damage it suffered during the 1990s, and visitors have returned to this tranquil city. Nestled between the Adriatic and the Dinaric Alps, it’s an accessible and affordable city break for many European travelers. The pedestrian-only Old Town is especially charming.

If you are looking for a restaurant where you will find the excellent gastronomy, prepared in the old traditional, but also modern manner, a restaurant that will, except superior pleasure to your palate, offer a family, friendly atmosphere, and still prov

Traditional Bosnian cuisine, meat and vegetarian dishes, fresh local products, meat from our own Butcher shop.A place of many varieties, with especially lovely decor, but most importantly, delicious food that will make you lick your fingers and crave for more.
This restaurant is conveniently located in the Old Town and proposes local and Bosnian cuisine. This is a great place for meat lovers, we tried different dishes like the excellent Cevapi or the jacket potatoes served with the very tasty cream, Kaymak. The reason why I don't give a 5th star is because the veal skewer was disappointing, most of the veal bits being fat and chewy instead of tender, probably got a bad batch. I still highly recommend that place as good restaurants in Old Town Dubrovnik are not legion, but make sure you have a reservation unless you don't plan to go during peak hours.

The Fish Restaurant Proto, established in 1886, is located in the heart of Dubrovnikâs historical core, at the intersection of the Å iroka and Vara streets. The long tradition of this popular Dubrovnik restaurant attests to its reputation and lasting quali
Sophisticated but not pretentious. Attentive and unobtrusive waiters. We shared starters of oysters, swordfish carpaccio, and scallops which was more than sufficient for two washed down with Malvasia wine; our second visit was a shared dish of shrimp & truffle tagliatelle, all of which were excellent. We chose a quiet table down the side of the restaurant and were serenaded by the male voice choir on the terrace above. Very lovely.Dear Mr. Colin C., Thank you very much for choosing to dine with us and for visiting us on two occasions. Having you as returned guests is the biggest possible compliment for our entire team. We are delighted to read your review and very pleased to hear that your experience with us was exceptional. In the name of our Chef Bosko Lonac we wish to thank you for your praise of our cuisine. We are thrilled to know that you immensely enjoyed it. We very much hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again, hopefully in the near future.Warmest regards, Kosta Vukota Restaurant Manager

Hidden gem in the hearth of Old Town Dubrovnik!Restaurant Marco Polo is hidden in the hearth of the Dubrovnik Old Town, in a traditional courtyard of street called LuÄarica. Small family restaurant is placed in a private and calm ambient and it offers oas
The place is an alleyway and is dimly yet perfectly lit up. The food is delicious but the portion sizes are small. The service is warm and friendly. We ordered all vegetarian and it was all nice. Must try the Croatian red wine dingac if you like full bodied wines.
