This restaurant offers a variety of items in a wide price range. My chicken curry was excellent and my husband enjoyed his seafood rigatoni. My dish was mildly spiced, not too salty and had lots of veggies too. These were more inexpensive dishes on the menu so we ordered a nice bottle of Plavac Mali which is local and our bill was $275. I see they have a children's menu too. The view is great and the waiter was very good.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a fascinating taxi driver called Joseph. Having worked in hotels and three star Michellin restaurants I was amazed at the quality of food, service (Antonia, Izmir, Sandro and the wonderful lady "boss") I visited four times to delect in the sea bream, mussels, squid, fish soup and exquisite prawns. The freshness of flavours were amazing and I look forward to returning there.

There were no real up to date reviews of this restaurant so we were unsure whether to visit but glad we did. There are no sea views but the food more than made up for this.We had tasty medallions in sauce, mixed grill, Mexican steak and pizza. All very nicely cooked. We all had desserts of ice cream, walnut pancakes and banana split. Thereâs a great selection of local wines. I can recommend the Korta Katarina rose wine.Service was fast and faultless. Very reasonably priced.

Little mediteranian restaurant on Pelesac in Orebic where local wine and local organic food cooked with love and care meet nicely No credit cards accepted
Owners Darko and Annie are SEARCH & RESCUE experts and wonderful chefs. In this restaurant just below their home on the blue Dalmation shore, under ancient pine trees, they cook unique dishes on their wood fire grill. Among their specialties are mussel buzarra, broadet - specially prepared fish and seafood in tomato sauce -, gregada - fish in a garlic, parsley and olive oil sauce with potatoes -, boyabish another speciality. The restaurant serves a good variety of vegan food as well, Annie is vegan herself :) They are always ready to help you with your questions about your trip and they take pride in what they do.

We wanted to try something different and it was really worth it. In a numerous restaurants in OrebiÄ this is actually the best food we ate. Thanks to great owners idea you can try various food and take a little of everything. Alda, the owner, was very helpful and she explained us everything about her food which is made with passion and high quality groceries. She even gave us a butter bean and caramelised onion just to try. Unfortunately, the day after we had to leave Orebic so we didnât have a chance to thank her and give our opinion about the food so Iâm doing it right now; thank you Alda, your food is paradise!p.s. to all of you readers: google Alda and her beautiful life story which is more than interesting, we were surprised

Found seated atop a replica of a XVII century sailing vessel, right next to the Adriatic Sea itself you will find the most famous restaurant of the region, the Stari Kapetan. The Stari Kapetan serves the freshest fish in the region, lovingly prepared usin
One more restaurant I always come back to, they offer great food and great variety of wine. Staff is always friendly and polite, however it can be difficult to get a table so I suggest making a reservation. Here you cannot go wrong with seafood especially mussels and shrimps

The atmosphere and the vibe of the restaurant seemed cool and chilled, so we decided to have a dinner. Unfortunately, our waiter was so irritating, full of stupid jokes, unpleasant and very unprofessional.. Moreover, he started yelling at his female colleague during our dinner, which was super unpleasant. Fortunately, the avarage quality of pizza compensate for the lack of this guy's manners. If in OrebiÄ and you want to eat a pizza, I'd advise you to go as long as there is no this guy :)

Mimbelli Restaurant, established in 2013., is located in the center of Orebic. Our top chef adds a touch of contemporary culinary trends to traditional recipes. Our friendly staff is always willing to explain every detail on the menu, filet the fish for g
We went here based on all good reviews on TA and expected a nice dinner instead we got insulted and verbally attacked by the owner once we told that we were not satisfied with our food. Looking at the menu we had couple of questions for the waitress and for each question she ran back to the kitchen to ask. Questions were what is the daily soup, what side dishes do you get with the meat... Completely basic questions that each waiter should be able to answer straight away. The tomato soup was out of a tetrapack and tuned with some spices and sour cream and presented to look nice but the taste was completely plain. For main course we had meat plate and croatian special pasta with truffles. Meat was grilled but completely tasteless and dry. Pasta was also plain and there was no sign of real truffles, only tartuffata. I stopped eating the meat and after founding out it's tasteless the waitress went back to the kitchen to return the plate but no success. Once we got the bill we asked to talk to the owner and told him that we do not agree with the full price that they charged us. The owner felt personally attacked just because we complained about the food and started to verbally attack and insult us. I'm not even sure he understood what I was trying to complain about. This is not acceptable by a such highly reviewed restaurant. It's a shame that such a well rated restaurant is run by someone so primitive. Since when are you as a customer not allowed to express your own opinion and disagreement? At the end he even called out the chef with whom we clarified the issue and she managed to have a normal conversation and some sense of reason. I highly advise you not to go there. There are better restaurants nearby. Dear Pia,thank you for your review. We are sorry that you haven't felt welcome in our restaurant and that you had experience as you described above. We honestly hope that your holidays went well in OrebiÄ and surroundings.Best regards,Mimbelli Restaurant team

If you are looking for a local restaurant that did not compromise with "turistic" approach ...this is your (and our) place!Few but delicious dishes, among them the real "peka" -meat or fish cooked under the bell- and "0" km vegetables and fruits.Friendly and informal. No better sightseeing of KorÄula at sunset! Not cheap but right value for money. We rate as best dish the octopus made under the bell and the lamb...but IMPORYANT: book the bell dishes the day before!ENJOY!
