We are back in this restaurant second time, but we regretted this now !During to wait our ordered dishes we want to play cards. The waiter said itâs not aloud in this restaurant , go and play in CasinoWe are very surprised, we never hear something like this beforeThe dinner what we eat wasnât so good , we never return back ! We think that they have to much demanding for what they offer ...We are really sorry you didn't like dining with us at Konoba Bogo. We consider our guests to be always right, and we are always willing to help making their meal with us as good as it can possibly get. However, in this case, unfortunately, we have to write you back to explain some things, since you obviously have hard time understanding our point of view. In Croatia it is legally FORBIDDEN to play cards in the restaurants, as it is consider gambling. We only want to OBEY LAWS of our country, not disrespect you as a guest. Also, you as tourist have to obey the laws of this country. It is saddening for us to hear you didn't understand that, and you are making us look as the negative guys. You formed your opinion about our restaurant on the fact we said "no" to cards - which we did to avoid going to prison for up to three years (you can check the laws). Also, since you are returning costumers, you obviously didn't think our food is not good and we are very sorry you changed your opinion based on us acting to respect laws. We would love to have you back with us for a meal for the third time, now that we cleared what wasn't understood. This is a lovely restaurant about 4mins walk from Copacabana beach, but worth the trip as the variety, quality of food and service is great.The portions are very generous and good was tasty. We had the chef's special of Pork Ribs which was cooked perfectly... nice and charred on the outside and soft in the middle.

My absolute favorite meal in Dubrovnik. Absolutely delicious and phenomenal service and location. I canât emphasize enough how amazing the food here was. Not only was it one of the best in Dubrovnik, but one of the best meals Iâve ever had. Wau, it is so nice to be part of someones best memory from Dubrovnik! ! Proud to that! We will keep on trying! Lovely bistro with friendly attentive staff. Complimentary hors dâ ourves. Recommendations for main course and accompaniments, or rather not needed, and wine. Quality of food really good. Tomato soup exceptional. One slight criticism is that the main course was on the cool side for our tastes. Very reasonably priced.

We were pleasantly surprised by this nice restaurant. Once we had figured out how to get in (via the outside steps, as its completely abandoned inside!), we were greeted very warmly. The service remained very friendly and attentive for the entire duration of the meal, and it was definitely one of the best service experiences we had in Croatia. Their homemade bread and olive oil was delicious and all of us were really happy with our food - it was all really good!

Rooftop terrace, just off the main street, you climb 6 floors. Marvellous vistas of the old town. Excellent, friendly service and stunning food. Delicate tastes well thought through with local food and wine. Martini.....good way to start. Pigeon was served with a rich silky sauce, prawns well cooked. Lobster was delicious as was the fillet. Dessert was a great finish. If you want fine dining, come here.

We had the 8 course tasting menu with Croatian wine pairings whilst dining out for the evening in Dubrovnik. The situation on a roof top terrace in the old town was peaceful and created a sophisticated ambiance that the food matched. The menu had variety and the quality of cooking was very high. The service was enthusiastic and professional which enhanced our experience. The tasteful décor of the restaurant and the highly professional staff create a cultivated framework for the excellent cuisine. F&B Manager Tomislav Lonac had the kindness to show around and explain the design considerations - justly proud of the distinguished restaurant he himself was a true representative of.Placed on the terrace on a warm October evening, we had chosen the 5-course fish menu with accompanying wines - and this proved a perfect choice indeed, excellent to the very detail. The service and information given by our evening's host Valentino on the Croatian wines, olive oils, the individual dishes was outstanding; we together enjoyed an unusually pleasant 'food experts' discussion of ingredients and potential variations.
