Located in a nondescript square outside Borlänge, this restaurant is a hidden gem, the food is truly excellent, well prepared and nicely presented. Probably the best sushi in the entire region.

For being a fastfood chain it is really not that bad. The sushi is fresh, the portions are in precisely the right size and, well, everything tastes good too =)
