We are a European style brewpub and first craft beer bar in Buon Ma Thuot serving excellent food.

We got here at 7pm, no staff visible in the restaurant. After ten minutes I walked into the kitchen to find three of them playing with their phones.Out of three drinks, one of them was wrong and the other two were not full.Food came, portions are hilariously staff. When we asked why there were just twelve small fries on the plate, we were told it's cheaper that way.It certainly is.To top it all off the bill was incorrect.Wellâ¦what can I sayâ¦â¦Iâm saddened greatly you didnât enjoy your visit to my restaurant.We really tried our best to accommodate you, but I should have seen from the offset it was mission impossible.I have contacted the central government concerning the mosquitoes, they share your concern and have opened bidding on a contract to assassinate all perpetrators. I should have realized from your attire when you arrived that I was fighting a loosing battle. I donât serve pie and chips.I feel that your only mission here was to embarrass your friends. I had two other western gentlemen in the restaurant at the time and they called you a âcomplete toolâ, I am just Vietnamese, and my English is not so good. I hope you come back and enjoy the fruits of our labour.Lots of loveNikki

You should check out this crazy place if you want some good meat. It can get loud there, but it was full of young locals, some of them were even celebrating a birthday. Go ahead and try it.

Our group having lunch there on August 17. Itâs delicious Vietnamese food for us. My favorite dish was typical style pork and egg curry. Their washroom needs more clean service when peak hours.

The owner seems like a reasonable chap but unfortunately the rest of our experience was poor. Not much I would call there as eco. They have a muddy artificial lake with some timber pavilions on stilts overlooking. Paths were a bit muddy and slippery as they were tiled with broken smooth tiles, so some care needs to be taken in the wet.Rooms were a series of bring units which smelt very damp. Bathrooms had no extract fan and all windows were kept permanently closed. We advised housekeeping of this, but the best they could do was spray some air freshener. TV didn't work; there was no control for the air-conditioning, and on the last day of our stay it dribbled a ton of water all over the bed. They also make you pay for the 2 bottles of water that they leave in the room.So all in all memorable for the wrong reasons. There seems to be a much nicer resort just adjacent called Ako. Think that would be a better choice for the wise
