Worth popping in to see the huge oven but don't bother to pay the 4 soles for aempanada - thick dough with hardly any stuffing! At the cafe next to it they charged 10 soles for a small Cusquena beer which is a lot more than we have been charged elsewhere.

The best establishment for open fire cooked pork. It has an amazing view of the Pisac valley.  The meat is cooked to perfection.  Slow cooked over an open pit. Tender meat and crunchy skin. The family that owns the place are very friendly and super accommodating.  We eat here every chance we get. Simply delicious food with an amazing view.
