This hotel is located just 3 km from Annecy Lake and a 4-minute drive from Annecy city centre. It offers a spa and sauna and the rooms have free Wi-Fi access. Only 8 min drive to the centre of Annecy perfect location for us as a family of 5. Rooms more than enough for us & air con in both rooms ++ Can’t see the the negative feedback that’s been left for these guys as fair comment. Honestly blown away and We only booked in 3 hours ago.

Reviewed By 499eddbStayed with wife and hotel is a very basic setup. Upon arrival wife had a shower and water started to slightly flood into the room. I then had a shower about 30 minutes later that's where problems occurred. After my shower water completely flooded our room (I only wish I took a picture). We complained to member of staff at reception Romaine, who was very pleasant and helpful. He looked at the floor and put towels to absorb the water. We then left to go out. We got back and the room stunk of a sewer as water had dried into the carpet, absolutely disgusting is an understatement. Romaine the poor member of staff said we cannot move to another room as they are fully booked during our 2 night stay. It's not our idea of fun walking bare foot on a wet carpet or getting your socks soaked. We had a shower again and the flood from the shower was even worse than day before. Yet again we complained to Romaine and we left for the day. We came back as I forgot my wallet only to find cleaners mopping the carpet and using a drain blockage treatment in the shower hole. We came back in evening and the dreaded smell was unbearable, vomit mixed with a wet dog! Thankfully we were leaving the in the morning. Upon leaving we expected some sort of discount as were completely inconvenienced. Romaine was not working when we left, however the other member of staff wasnt fully briefed on the situation and said to email Romaine. We emailed only to be told we can get 10% of the bill which was £25 which is totally disrespectful!! WHAT A JOKE OF A HOTEL!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Terrible room, still waiting for my refund after 40days
Reviewed By KerimK204We booked a 2 nights stay in this hotel with flexible rate. The room was terrible, dirty, worn, heating not properly working, bathroom was a total joke. I asked whether they have another room but it was full. So we decided to stay only for 1 night after checking that we can be refunded for the second night. I shared my account information with the hotel and we left the next morning. It has been more than 40 days now, still waiting a refund. Hotel is not responding to my e-mails at all. Accor customer service is only directing my case back to hotel, which is no response again. This has been a terrible experience after staying some decent Ibis hotels. Never again guys sorry…

It is not so clean
Reviewed By Poseidon1238Staff was nice, however it is not a really clean place, there is no soap in the bathroom which is surprising. It is pretty cheap so if you are on budget, you could stay for 1 night but not more.......

Unclean Hostel
Reviewed By 965vichPaying 176 euro for 2 nights we expected far more. This is not a hotel more like a hostel. It needs a completely upgrading. Our room was filthy which cincerns me during this pandemic. The door frame was rusty and jutting out. Cobwebs were all around the room. The hostels I have stayed Asia are far superior. With no air con it was necessary to have the window open but this meant you could hear the traffic noise all night so we have not slept. After you have navigated the busy roads there is a nice river walk to the centre but there is an uphill clumb upon return. Breakfast was an adequate continental style. There were social distancing measures in place but these were not being adhered to nor were masks being worn. I did not expect such a poor class of hotel for the sum we paid and will never use this chain again. There were even ants in the bathroom. I booked this without making reference to tripadvisor which was obviously a big mistake as on this occassion the reviews are justified. We cant wait to leave. 1 star is for the staff who were very helpful.

Reviewed By Hobbit2013We were planned to stay with my family for a weekend in March - which we needed to cancel due to Covid-19 at a very late stage: only few hours before our arrival. The people of "Sejours & Affaires Annecy Le Pont Neuf" didnt create any problems and were very happy to have us shifting our stay in the first weeeknd of July. Winning customers in the hospitality business is VERY easy: one has to show goodwill and be polite in order to win customers and above all: to win returning customers. We shall for sure return for a weekend or a longer stay to Annecy - and for sure we shall be happy to stay again at "Sejours & Affaires Annecy Le Pont Neuf". Some additional information: to reach the city centre is very convenient on foot. So no need to take a bus or your own car.
