The hotel is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens, immaculate swwimming pools, spacious public places and comfortable rooms. Everything is absolutely pristine and the food is excellent. But the most notable feature is the amazing effort all the staff make to ensure your holiday is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble, from the daily suggestions of activities in the area, to bringing up a cup of tea to the bedroom after an evening excursions. The surrounding countryside is wonderful, and the location is easily acessed and very quiet.

Nicest hosts ever. Relaxing stay between vineyards

Nothing was too much in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible: late check-in, a late night snack on arrival (since we didn't have dinner yet) , restaurant and taxi bookings, a birthday treat, recommendations on what to do.. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The hotel is located between vineyards and their home-made wine is very good. An absolute recommendation if you're looking for a relaxing stay.

Reviewed By b037This was a lovely place to stay and in such picturesque surroundings nestled in the mountains and surrounded by vines. The lady who runs it is very nice and recommended for us a lovely bottle of local wine to try. It is also accessible from Bolzano easily by car if visiting there too. The rooms have generally a great view from the balconies. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy accomodation
Reviewed By flygirlenigma86We spent around 4 days in Ferienwohnungen Lanserhof. The facility is surrounded by apple/vineyards and is located in a very peaceful area. Nevertheless, if you have a car, it's possible to reach all the main cities thus it's a very strategic location. The double bedroom was clean, cozy and spacious. There was a fridge available to the guests which we used with some grocery that we've bought. Plus, there was the possibility to have tea at anytime since a boiler and teabags were available too. The only negative side was the wi-fi, which was not always working but considering the beauty of the place it kind of wasn't a priority at the time.

We didn't really feel welcome
Reviewed By Felix EWe went there as we were given a hotel voucher (with some additional payment) that was valid for Albergo Wastl. So we gave it a try and stayed there for a night. Unfortunately, we didn't feel very welcome there. It was all kind of OK, but only "kind of"... An then we took the towels to the pool... Oh my god, that was worth a reprimand! We had to pay for dinner and breakfast (56€ for two persons) and got the sleep for "free". However, the price we had to pay for dinner and breakfast didn't match with the stuff we got. We expected a good portion of south Tyrolean Speck in a place that calls itself "Speckstube". However, the plate (supposed for 2 persons for 25€ according to the menu) had only a very little amount of ordinary ham and some sausage and cheese apparently from the supermarket. (The day after we saw a "Speckplatte" almost twice as big and a lot better at Jaufenhaus for 10€) There were exactly two pickled gherkins and one tomato. So all in all, the dinner was really disappointing. As well as breakfast: After the reviews on Tripadvisor I expected something really good and typical for the region. However, it was the ordinary B&B breakfast with some plastic marmalade, supermarket cheese and sausage and some bake rolls. the apple juice was really good. So sorry, Maybe they had a bad day or we had a bad day, but I won't go there again.

A parte le iniziali difficoltà topografiche, nel trovare la esatta ubicazione della struttura, peraltro risolta, contattando al cell. i proprietari, tutto il resto è andato secondo le Ns, aspettative. Un ringraziamento particolare alla Sig.ra che ha curato la colazione e la pulizia delle camere, entrambi ottime. Una calda ospitalità, inaspettata.

Great getaway
Reviewed By ilinotLovely apartment with great views across to the mountains. Apartment is well equipped, clean and modern. Owners are very welcoming and helpful. Only minus would be the beds, which are separate and uncomfortable, but then you can't have it all. On the whole great experience.
