The hotel has 86 air-conditioned rooms. It offers a restaurant, a bar serving snacks 24/24, closed free and guarded parking, a meeting room and Wifi wireless Internet access for guests on a business trip.
Ideal for overnight stop after/before Shuttle crossing.
Reviewed By 773bethanwThere are 4 buildings to the hotel, check in reception is at the front of building 3 which you can access from the carpark at rear by walking through the gates between buildings 3 & 4. Clean rooms and nice staff. The room was basic and no tea/coffee facilities which was disappointing after a long journey. We had two rooms as we are a family of 6 but no interconnecting rooms available. They put us next to each other though as I had requested at booking. Breakfast was optional extra but as we had an early crossing on the Shuttle, we did not book it. Evening meal also available and you can book that on check-in. Ideal location for overnight stop after/before crossing. Very safe and the car was parked at no extra cost in the secure carpark (which is locked at night). Across the road is Cité Europe with many shops and dining options. There is also a Carrefour supermarket for anything you would need for the room. We bought drinks there. Would use again.

A hotel close to the Channel Tunnel, the beach and the A16 motorway Before crossing the Channel to England, take advantage of the great location of B&B Hotel Calais Tunnel sous La Manche, just 3 miles from the Eurotunnel terminal, and the Calais-Frethune train station that takes you to Paris, London or Brussels. The centre of Calais and the beaches are also nearby (5 minutes by car). Not bad!
Excellent for one night family stay
Reviewed By awE5972XXWe booked this hotel when it was a Novotel, it’s now run by B&B (I think this is the right one - it’s B&B 4, there are three hotels all on the same car park). We were travelling as a family of four on our way to Disneyland Paris and this location was very convenient, right by City Europe by the Eurotunnel terminal. We had an executive suite which had a double bed and two put-up beds, separate toilet and bathroom (very handy with four of us!), kettle, coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Whole room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, there were even robes and slippers on the beds. Breakfast was included and really lovely - when we arrived the receptionist called another lady out from the kitchen who squeezed fresh orange juice for us - there was also hot and cold drinks, fresh croissants and other pastries, bread, meat and cheese, doughnuts, lots of choice. Whole hotel was so clean and all the staff pleasant and helpful. There were a lot of police vans in one end of the car park but didn’t see any actual activity. Overall a lovely stop and would gladly stay here again.

Reviewed By steve mRecently had a one night stay at Hotel F1 Calais and i know it is cheap but its not great. The reception we got when we checked in was so rude by the guy behind the reception desk. Our room was clean and ok, beds not great. The breakfast is a joke so basic. In a poor area as well. Not Great! ps i left a t-shirt in the room and contacted them an hour after checking out and they said they could not find it in a tiny room!!!!!!

Reviewed By emmbrookThis is a pretty standard Ibis Budget hotel which (in my room at least) has been refreshed fairly recently with a new paint job. Arrived late so checked in through a machine. Room clean and warm. Basic but all you need for a night. What was less impressive was the crowd of teens running up and down until 1am slamming doors and shouting. Once they had finished I had a good sleep. Plenty of parking, excellent location right by the Channel Tunnel. Didn’t have breakfast here and no interactions with staff.

Small But Perfectly Formed
Reviewed By Graeme CWe needed to stay one night in Calais at a reasonable price. This hotel fits the bill. We used Google Maps to guide us to the hotel from the ferry. Plenty of parking. Fences round the grounds plus a gate that is closed at night- you get a code. Went to reception and were checked in. Very friendly man on reception- and he speaks English.Our room was on the ground floor. As others have remarked it is compact. It is not a room for an extended stay but for a good night's rest it fits the bill. Free WiFI, tea/ coffee, bathroom with a small bath and a TV that did not seem to have any English channels on it. Importantly: comfy beds. We went to the Poivre Rouge restaurant next door for an excellent evening meal from the English menu. Excellent night's sleep. Sockets next to the headboard so using our adaptors we could charge up our phones. We had a continental breakfast there the next morning for 8 Euros before checking out and heading to the Auchon Hypermarket nearby. That has a number of places to eat and drink So a convenient hotel which we would use again.

Not the nicest area
Reviewed By Luxxie1983We stayed here to break up the drive over to the UK so for the purpose, we literally only slept and left early. But the hotel is so loud that you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms. The room was also very cold and the bed wasn't comfortable so not a good night's sleep. One restaurant next door but nothing special and you wouldn't want to walk around the area in the evening. That being said, staff were friendly and the price worked out for the purpose. Unfortunately, there are better options close by for this type of stop-over
