Called in here for coffee one hot morning. $5 for a long black was the most expensive coffee we had while in Rarotonga. Service was island time and we did not feel particularly welcomed. Nice outdoor deck with umbrellas though with biew of sea, passers by and a welcome breeze. Suggest try elsewhere for coffee, as too many other positive experiences to be had. Think the bar more their thing.Coffee about a 5 or 6 out of 10Thank you for having a meal with us. Our team are undergoing coffee training to deliver fantastic espresso.
Tuakata Cafe is dedicated to offering our customers fresh, healthy foods. We source as much fresh local produce and ingredients as we can to make all our meals. We use the best quality ingredients and oils all with the aim of providing food that is good f
We ate here recently and the food was yummy and very fresh. We had a range of menu items and they were all brilliant. I had the fish and it was very fresh coming with a few different salads. The service was also great. No complaints and would be back next time we are there!

The Hidden Spirit Cafe & Grill is on the site of the old Maire Nui Cafe set within the luxurious grounds of the Maire Nui Botanical Gardens. Now incorporating a stainless 'outside' Kitchen for night time, The Hidden Spirit offers holiday makers and locals
The gardens have grown wel, lovely to walk around again, just wish we could grow some of the plants here in New Zealand. The famous lemon cheesecake was excellent again along with the lemon quencher drink. Cheesecake was a bit pricey at $21 but divine. Cafe in excellent surroundings.

We had lunch here after checking out a few places in town which had very limited vegan options. Then we came along this gem.The food was fantastic, we ordered: vegan nachos, vege stack with tofu and vegan pumpkin and tofu curry.Food was well priced for a tourist area and tasted great. And it helped having multiple vege and vegan options!Definately worth checking out

We had bacon and eggs and loved their bread. Their BLT's are yummy, coffees are excellent. In fact everything on their blackboard menu is exceptional.

So donât go looking for pizzas at night as that is not an option. I had the lasagne at $20 but had to pay extra for salad. The boys all had steak and came out with mushroom sauce even though they ordered pepper so one had to be sent back as canât have mushrooms, waitress was great as she didnât take the order and fixed the problem.Hi there and thank you for your time. You came exactly in the first week of producing pizzas, when we had only one day of Pizza on tuesday, just to make people try. We advertised this fact literally everywhere. I apologize for the mistake of the pepper instead of mushroom, but I'm happy that the waitress fixed the problem as you said. I invite you to come again and give us the opportunity to earn a better review.

So glad we gave this place a go!Friendly service from the owner, lovely view of the whales, fresh tasty food. Finding Nemo was a welcome lunch on our last day of the holiday. The mahi mahi was fresh tasty and the accompaniments complimented the fish. A shame that the only non undercover tables were smoking as the view from there and some warmth from the sun on the chilly day would have been spectacular. Friends who arrive at Raro next weekend will be advised not to miss this fabulous friendly eatery. Keep up the great work. Advise to book.

Beluga is a collaboration of excellent food and wonderfully smooth and rich coffee located in the heart of Arorangi between the Raemaru Mountain and the ocean, browse the giftware and artworks or just sit back and enjoy the stylish casual ambience we have
We had breakfast here a few times and the food and atmosphere were great! They also have free wifi and were very friendly and seemed to like their jobs! The waiter even gave our daughter pens and paper to draw which she loved. Their kids menu is really good, especially Nutella pancakes!! The eggs Benedict was our favourite on the adult menu. Best we have had on the island!
