I have been returning to Sake Cafe several times since beginning to work in the area, since Sept '15. When noticing my New Orleans Saints shirt, the manager personally introduced himself and welcomed me... turns out, that he lived in the New Orleans area for a while, and we had a very nice, and personal conversation for several minutes. I have received a very personal greeting from him and the staff ever since. The sushi servings are the largest and most generous in the area... and the rolls are the same. The presentation by the sushi chefs are very artistic... so much so, that I contine to take photos every time I go.One of the waitresses, "Wenty" has gone out of her way to introduce herself... and really takes good care of me everytime she sees me. A very friendly place... great sushi and rools... I will continue to return as long as I am in the area!!

We love Asian bistro. You have a choice of sitting at either the hibachi table or regular dinner table. Yesterday at the hibachi table we arrived a little early and it was just myself and my youngest daughter and the chef at the hibachi table treated us as if it was a full crowd it was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was great. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place! We walked in as a party off three and were seated right away. We were handed a "form" to order. One form has your salads, appetizer, soup, fry, noodle soup, teriyaki and dessert. The other form has sashimi, sushi, maki, special roll. The Spicy Seaweed Salad was outstanding and so yummy. The Crispy Calamari was just rings, nothing special. Seafood Udon, noodle soup, had lots of flavor and good amounts of squid and a piece of shrimp. We had the Sashimi which were all very fresh and just melted in your mouth. The Sushi, Maki and Special rolls were all tasty and perfectly presented on the plate. I did find the service a tad slow. A tip for those ginger & wasabi lovers, ask for extra. I didn't think they gave you enough for our table since we all like to cleanse our palate between different sushi's. I thought the price was on point. We went during the week and paid $20 each. The drinks you pay per drink $1. each. Not bad. This will definite be a revisit spot!!

I generally get my orders to go. I like to order the three roll lunch. Its a great value and although sushi is a personal choice, this is one of my top choices for sushi in Glastonbury. My order is always accurate and ready quickly.

Hosted a birthday party for my husband here last night. The whole experience was exceptional from the planning to the party itself. Staff (Ann) and others were so very patient and helpful in assisting me to organize the details. The guests who came early due to the surprise nature of the party received great service and treatment. The chefs were outstanding and so fun. Servers were polite and on top of things. Food was delicious. We were not rushed and able to stay and linger after the meal and birthday cake (I brought and they served). Cannot say enough about this great restaurant!

Homemade noodles with authentic flavors.
Really great ramen, hidden in the quiet suburb! Busy and thriving on a regular Tuesday night - we got right in and sat at the bar. The staff was super friendly, giving us great recommendations. We ordered a bunch to try - their lamb buns, Brussels sprout salad and garlic wings for appetizers. All really really good. For dinner, I had the Kalubon ramen and added mushrooms and corn. Broth was delicious - noodles were thin and tasty. My coworker got the tonkatsu ramen and was very pleased as well. We ended the meal with black sesame Mochi and matcha crepe brûlée. Yum! We will definitely be back!!My only complaint was on the TVs was a weird clef lip infomercial show that had very disturbing images. After about 20 minutes of it on the big screen, I just had to ask to change the channel, which they happily did.

Ginza Japanese Cuisine is a fine dining establishment that features authentic Japanese fare with French flare. Ginza sushi bar serves everything from the traditional California roll to Toro tartar and from the kitchen our corporate chef's offerings span f
I really love this place, and whenever I travel to my Connecticut hometown (from my current home in Guadalajara where a friend owns the city's fanciest Japanese restaurant, so I'm spoiled) I try to schedule a meal here with at least one or the other of my siblings. Ginza's become a trusty 'family get-together' place for us, so I can say that it's really perfect for anything from a 2-person heart-to-heart talk over lunch, to a group celebration, like Mothers Day this year. Everything I've ever ordered has been fresh and delicious, the service is always just right, the decor quietly sumptuous and the acoustics really conducive to talking while lingering over a good meal with loved ones.

Sushi was tasty, service was quick and friendly, and the presentation was amazing. My plate featured a little handcrafted wooden fence that the sushi sat in front of, and an elaborate floral arrangement, in addition to the lovely and colorful sushi roll itself. The plate looked more like a work of art than something you're supposed to eat. Sushi is frequently visually appealing, but this was above and beyond what I've seen before. My only gripe has to do with the dining room. There was a laser light projector shining little red and green dots all around the room to create some kind of ambiance. However, the table I was seated at meant those little laser dots shone right in my face! I tried shifting around to avoid them but in the end had to ask for the projector to be shut off. Thankfully the staff did turn it off and I was able to enjoy my meal, but it was not great that it was there in the first place. Hopefully they remove it entirely so others can enjoy their food without worrying about danger to their eyesight! In all other regards it was a great experience and I'd gladly go back if the laser is shut off.
