Red Lantern is unlike anything Foxwoods has ever seen before. With a capacity of 225 people, Red Lantern is modeled after its sister property in Boston, and features a redesigned open kitchen, full sushi counter and lounge area. Once again designed by the
We had reservations for dinner prior to seeing a concert at Foxwoods. We were seated immediately at a great table in a smaller side room. The service was very good. Drinks came quickly. The room was pretty dark so it may it a bit hard to read the menu, but otherwise liked the decor a lot. We ordered a variety of apps and sushi along with Pork Fried Rice to share amongst the 3 of us. The waiter talked us out of 3 servings of rice, and glad he did as they are huge. We didnât finish the two. Sushi was good. The Lettuce Wraps were very good however, the carrots were turned into long pieces Makin it difficult to put them on, Looked good though. Overall we all really liked Red Lantern and thought the prices were reasonable, especially inside a casino.Hi there,Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the sushi as Red Lantern as much as we do. Have a wonderful day and we hope to see you again soon!

Stopped in for lunch. Very nice service, pleasant sitting outside on the porch. But our meals did not meet our expectations. One of our group had a lobster roll and said it had too much mayonnaise which overwhelmed the lobster. Another had the fish sandwich and reported that, while the fish was nice and crispy, it was a bit greasy. There seemed to be quite a few regular customers there, so must be popular with the local crowd. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day.

Surprising top quality and some of the best Sushi you will ever try. Service is also top rated, friendly fast and very helpful. I would stick to the servers sushi suggestions, must try the Tuna Tartar heart shaped appetizer

We neglected to make a reservation for dinner on a holiday weekend Saturday evening. After a long (tho enjoyable) day in scorching heat touring Mystic Seaport, we called several restaurants, only to find out everywhere was booked solid. Eventually we found Pink Basil, they had availability, and we love Asian food, so it was perfect. We started with the Scorpion Bowl (first time since college!) and had the lettuce and chicken appetizer, Pad Thai, Chicken Ginger and Bok Choy, and everything was delicious. The restaurant was very crowded, they didn't have enough servers, so service was a little slow, but it was fine. The restaurant was clean, the drinks were strong, and the food was very solid. I have only good things to say about Pink Basil.

Went here for lunch. Food is really really good! Very tasty. Veggies are fresh and crunchy and not over cooked! Theyâve lunch special which cost $10. Comes with soup or salad and the main dish. Serving is good enough for 1 person. When we went there sushi was not available. Thereâs construction in the area so a bit confusing as to where the restaurant is. But we found the place!
