Beautiful restaurant and delicious food. Started with chips and salsa, $3, which I think should be free. Great chips, but salsa a little watery. My boyfriend had their chili. Not a traditional looking chili, I also thought it was a bit watery. We each had tacos, comes with 3, he had the pork and I had the smoked chicken. They were both excellent, my chicken melted in my mouth in a roasted tomato sauce. All tacos were quite stuffed(not complaining), but forewarning, messy to eat. Was disappointed tacos didnât come with rice or beans, each meal alone was $13-$15. A side could be added a la carte for an additional $5! Feel they can do better including sides, but given the taste of our entrees we would revisit.

Busy for a Monday night which was good to see. We ordered a few Mexican items off the menu and shared them, which was plenty for two of us. Their guacamole was particularly good.

Longtime bar manager and bartender became friends with the executive chef over the 12 years working together. Decided it was time for us to do our own thing in Fairfield CT! Traditional Mexican cuisine with killer margaritas!
Nested in the relatively quiet town of Fairfield, Tequila Revolucion brings a little exotic excitement booted with some great outdoor seating for those warm summer evenings.I'm not sure what Bridget D is talking about in her review because on my few visits here, I've had nothing but stellar food, drinks and service. Everyone was very friendly, attentive and the atmosphere is great. I cannot express how much I love eating and drinking outdoors and this spot's patio kicks serious butt. The music is nice too.Whether you want a full meal, or just a few snacks and drinks, this place fills a void and does so very well. It's by far the best Mexican spot in the area, bar none. The quality of the food and drinks is far superior to the ones I've experienced at other spots like Rio Bravo and Senor Salsa. My personal favorite thing to do there? Get myself and the misses a couple of margaritas ($10) or Palomas ($9) and some Queso Fondido ($8.95) - the chorizo on there is bangin'! If you're hungrier don't pass on their enchiladas ($16.95).All in all, this place rules. That is all. I shall return, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Generous portions of all the popular Tex-Mex standard dishes, along with a range of appropriate beers. Friendly staff, garish decor, Mexican themed.

Inspired by a healthy, outdoor lifestyle, bartaco combines fresh, upscale street food with a coastal vibe in a relaxed environment. bartaco is specialty cocktails crafted with fresh-squeezed juices, beer out of a bottle, and hand-held foods delivered on m
Went with a bunch of friends for cocktails and dinner. We had some great margaritas and Manhattans, followed by (more than likely) every kind taco on the menu. Each one was better than the one before. Service was excellent and you can't beat sitting outside on a lovely spring evening. The only thing that bothered us was the height of the tables. Having to crouch over to eat was a bit awkward; the tables are more for setting down you drink.Hello,Thank you so much for your 4 star review. I am thrilled to see you thoroughly enjoyed your time with us. The tables outside are shorter but we think it adds more to our laid back coastal vibe. Please let me know the next youâre in, Iâd love to send over a couple of drinks on me and introduce myself personally.Thank youKatie
