Went for a Sunday breakfast and was very disappointed. The services is super slow. It was obvious the waitress did not care about customers. We had food missing from our order that we were charged for. The challah French toast was not challah bread and not cooked properly. It was pale and looked disgusting. The omelette was poorly done with very little cheese in it. My rye toast was crisp and really good. We will not be coming back. What a waste of my hard earned money. This used to be a good place but it seems they do not care any more. Hello 523franf,Thank you for writing a review on TripAdvisor. just like any new England diner, they give you a bunch of food. I learned to try and order from their specials (unless you are getting a staple like burger or such) - I tried their chicken cordon bleu - so glad I did! The cheese sauce mixed with the fried chicken and ham - i actually ate the whole thing! The mashed potatoes tasted made from scratch (yummy!) and the vegetable medley was well prepared - not soggy or overtly crunchy. yes i recommend and will return. The service is a little slow, but very friendly!

We had an enjoyable family dinner. They offer a very large menu- appetizers, salads, sandwiches, breakfast all day, soups, dinners(fish, chicken, pasta, beef, burgers),desserts and drinks. I had a dinner special- hot turkey, gravy , stuffing and baked potato(side salad and coffee included). My husband had a bagel with lox and cream cheese(very generous platter). Our daughter had a grill cheese with soup and our granddaughter had short stack of buttermilk pancakes. We all enjoyed our food and in addition we had very good service.

Used to be terrific now it's living on it's past. My last 4 visits were 2 OK 2 burnt or over cooked and greasy. Wait staff over worked or talk to friends. Kind of dirty at times. I've stopped going.Len, Harsh is an understatement of your response and review but, I guess everyone has a bad day. We are not dirty and this review is unfair to say the least. Small businesses get the shaft next to the chain stores where the saying âyou get what you get and you canât get upsetâ comes to mind. You, cannot complain at the chain store because, it wonât get you anywhere and you cannot affect them the way you are trying to affect this place. For Small businesses on the other hand itâs a different ball game all together. The owners and the same familiar employees are there for years and try to give as much personal attention to each client as they can but, seeing as though itâs busy itâs difficult. We apologize that your experience with us has ended I wish you couldâve given us the chance to resolve the situation rather than take this approach.
