While the food was okay, the service was extremely slow. It took about 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken, and another 40 for the food to arrive. When it came, it was the wrong order. They did apologize and discounted the meal, and they brought out the correct dish very quickly after that. In any case, I am not planning to go back. There are other, way better restaurants in Southbury.

This is a go to Mexican spot if you are in the area. It has an active bar and patio as well as ample in door seating. Service is almost always very efficient and friendly. Food quality is great while prices are reasonable. Try the Modelo Especiale beer if you like beer.

Starting out as just a truck parked down the hill, this gem has expanded and found a permanent home but the food has not changed at all! Go for the fish taco (though the beef and chicken are terrific) and try one of the unusual sauces to put on top. Bare bones basics, classic taco truck food served hot and fresh!
