Second time visiting for lunch and this time they have an $11 menu that got you three tacos and a salad. The tacos aren't huge but this was a pretty good deal. The salad had an excellent lime/cilantro dressing, and the tacos were all tasty. We shared churros for dessert and they were amazing.
While the food is really pretty good here, sometimes the people filling your order don't listen to what you want in your salad or in your burrito, etc. and just pretty much do what they want. This can get sticky if you can't eat spicy foods, and a load of jalepenos was just added to your salad, or if you don't eat dairy and a bunch of shredded cheese made its way onto your food. If the order is correct, then you will enjoy it--there are so many toppings and salsas that you rarely will repeat your meal here. They also have delicious churros, and the smoothies must have a zillion calories--they are so sinful. This is not the place to start your diet.

Casual concept super fresh 4" tacos, rice bowls and fresh squeezed juice cocktails. Had about 8 different dishes between us and every one was delicious. Service was excellent, everyone helps with questions and delivery. Wish it was closer to home.

Original New Mexican cuisine using locally sourced and organic ingredients. Dine and drink fireside. Be sure to try the "Super Chief" margaritas made from 100% agave tequila and CT raised chicken tinga tacos. Boxcar Cantina is Connecticut's first certifie
A bit pricey and filled with kids from 5:00-7:00, but other than that it always exceeds our expectations. Good food, prepared well and great service. If you can get in the bar area, especially in cold weather when the fireplace is blazing, get in there-very cozy.
