Utsav in Vernon has become a home away from home. I go there frequently to feed my craving for Indian cuisine, which they make so deliciously! I am a patron of almost 3 years so they know me by name, which is always nice because I am greeted and treated like family when I visit. They offer buffet, dine-in, or take out. Just double check the phone number if you do take out to make sure you call the right location! This place is great for brain storming with your best friend, birthdays, holidays, or a date night.Also, if you ask you shall receive! If you want your food so spicey your nose drips, the waiting staff will make it happen.

Biryani here is awesome!!.I am surprised that I am the first one to write a review. The flavors are authentic and it's fresh every time I visit here. They have a patio too!!Buffet on the weekends is very different and fresh than other places nearby.

I went on Saturday. Food is not spicy rather its slightly sweet.service - There are lot of people appointed to serve food, but lacks experience. Ambiance is good, Chairs are dusty, Nobody even cares to clean it. Intention is good, but lacking in Implementation. Overall Average Experience.
