My husband and I stopped there for lunch. We had the mussels with linguine. The sauce was great, pasta cooked al dente and the mussels were big and sweet. Another time I went with my girlfriend after a night shopping and she swears that Vinny's has the best chicken marsala ever. Anytime I have eaten here everything was very good. The only thing I have to complain about is they should update it. I hate carpeting on the floors. If you are there late, the waitresses start vacuuming and I cant enjoy my meal. Please update this great established restaurant.

We were celebrating two cousins 90th birthdays. We all enjoyed our meals: chicken sorrentino, chicken alfredo, fettuccine carbonara, and vazzys special with chicken. The portions were huge, enough for two more meals. Itâs an old fashioned Italian restaurant: tables lined in a row, everyone enjoying good food. A shout out to our server Nick C who was very attentive. I would return if the opportunity arose.

Friends of ours love this place. A group of 7 of us went Saturday night. We got there about 7:30. Still a wait. Seated within 10 minutes. Really cool place. Former garage. Tons of old garage/gas station paraphernalia everywhere! All the pizzas are one size. We ordered 4 between us. No body was stuffed, but nobody was hungry. We ordered the Apple pizza pie also. All the pizzas were very good. Some different combos. Would go back for sure. Right across the street from the brewery. Check it out for yourself and decide!

Established in 1947Salerno's first opened it's doors in May, 1947 in the Southend of Bridgeport. The war was over and the G.I.s brought back a taste for pizza. Billy and Tina worked hard to get their little place going. In 1954, the pizzeria was moved to
What a wonderful surprise - I have lived in Stratford and have never eaten here - The pizza was amazing. The atmosphere wonderfully casual - even my husband's chicken cutlet was great! What a great easy family place. They don't take reservations so you will have to wait but it was so worth it.

Stopped in to get a late lunch. Overall the restaurant is ok We started off by having an order of calamari which was really good. Lightly battered and fried. Plenty of flavor and cooked perfectly. For our meals we had the chicken parmigiana with pasta, lasagna and the hot antipasto. The hot antipasto was good and flavorful. The chicken parmigiana was probably the star of the afternoon. The chicken was very flavorful and moist. My dish left me disappointed. The lasagna was not good at all. It did not have much taste to it and it seemed like it was at least missing several layers. The service was good. The waitress was quick to take care of us and she was quite patient with us having the grandkids. I think we may be back but I may have to try something else on the menu.

We originally went to Frank Pepes but the line to get in was ridiculous. So we came here as an alternative and very glad we did. The space is big and very cool industrial looking design. Pizza was great. We all loved it. Will def be back if in need of some pizza and in the area.

We had a fantastic lunch here. They have many gluten-free options and the absolute best GF pizza weâve ever had. Even the gluten eaters enjoyed it. The salad was plentiful and fresh. The family raved about the fresh mozzarella. They enjoyed their sandwiches also. The service was friendly and helpful. Itâs a wonderful choice.

So my fellow road dogs and I were looking for a good pizza to end the year with. We are a bunch of hungry dudeâs. So we decided to hit up this fire engine place. We were not disappointed. One pizza was a large plain the other 1/2 sausage and peppers and 1/2 bacon and pepperoni. Both pies were good and above average I thought the sauce was a little light and tasted OK but the cheese had a great aftertaste to it. The crust was chewy to crisp but not burnt. Also the lava cake was a good treat for a quick bite says Santana!! Wow, what a year it was for good food...Happy New Year!!Happy Dudes.....

Canât seem to get a consistent apizza experience here. Things have changed since Pepeâs has started franchising. We stopped in on an early Saturday night the first weekend in November. There were 8 people in front of us. It was expected. We waited 40 minutes to be seated. Meanwhile there was a steady stream of take out orders being processed and brought out. Our waitress came over to our booth as soon as we were seated and took our drink and food order. We waited. And waited. Actually 45 minutes for the apizza to be served. The line outside disappeared and the take out slowed down. We were puzzled as to the long wait. Our waitress said the pies that have meat take longer to make. That was her answer. Iâve eaten Pepeâs apizza since I was a little boy.....Many years. Never had to wait that length of time for a simple order of sausage and mushroom pie. To be fair, the apizza was good but, 2+ hours for this kind of (fast) food is not a reasonable length of time. This isnât a fine dining experience. I think management needs to give the kitchen some organizational training.
