From the eggplant parm grinder (mushy, tasteless, minimal cheese) to the Caesar salad with chicken (bland, low-grade bottled dressing, strips of chicken versus a cutler) to the pizza (quality of cardboard) to the lack of air conditioning, this place is one to bypass.

Great Pizza - Salads and Hero's . Service is great and prices not bad. I would try their Sicilian Pizza which is wonderful. Mainly takeout but they have limited seating.

We were driving through the area and were not seeing many options for lunch. We spotted the Deli & decided to stop in. When we got there, there was a fairly large staff, but almost no customers, however the crowd came in right after us. The menu was large and looked really interesting. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative. We ordered, then found a table and they brought our lunch to us. I had their grilled turkey sandwich and my wife had the Italian veggie sandwich. Both were quite unique, large and delicious. My wife only ate half of hers and brought the rest home. We'd recommend it.

What a bargain on Tuesday. Carlitos offers a full menu at drastically discounted prices. There are at least 15 different meals offered. We have been there several times and it never fails to make us glad we came. The food is tasty and plentiful. Since it is a well known Tuesday place to go it can be a little slow. Service is always friendly and efficient. Reservations are a must if you can get them.

We had heard mixed reviews about Mercato - from family and friends (many said the food quality was inconsistent)so we tried it out with 3 other couples. Our experience was great. We had a reservation for our group and were seated right on time. Service was very attentive and quick. We had some appetizers which were excellent (Brussels sprouts and Calamari). Our group ordered a mix of menu items and specials and all were excellent - not cheap, but very good quality that you would expect at the higher end of moderate prices. The atmosphere - the typical modern/industrial look that everyone seems to be doing now. Nicely done though. All hard surfaces so rather loud depending on where you are seated. Not an intimate/romantic setting but we werenât looking for one.Bottom line: we really enjoyed the food and service. Our experience was excellent but we have only been once so we canât speak to the consistency. We will go back.

Excellent local pizza. Its a not too thin, not too thick crust. Some have likened it to Greek style. They do have a full menu of Italian favorites including spaghetti & meatballs, etc. Their grinders are tasty, especially the meatball. Place is nothing fancy, just great quality, family owned, friendly place which is very popular on Friday nights.

Whether I need to pick up dinner or get a quick hostess gift or a chocolate treat for myself...... it's the best place!!! Best pesto and alfredo sauce and of course fresh pasta and imported cheese. Plus a freezer full of desserts that can be ready by the time you get to your dinner party.

The 1 waitress, Amber, during the day is wonderful! Friendly, efficient, detail oriented! The lunch specials - soup and sandwich are amazing! Unfortunately, some of the kitchen staff look look like gang members - kind of sketchy for such a nice place

We order from Miranda's often because the food is consistently very good. Our go to orders are pizza, grinders or our very favorite- veal parm. We have been customers for many years. Our only regret is that Miranda's has been discovered. The wait time has increased and often our order is not ready on time. Expansion time???

It's been about 2 yrs since our previous visit (and review) and once again we found ourselves in need of a tasty dinner before facing Hartford's traffic. And once again Julio's came through for us. The Arugula salad, Bruschetta app, and Pizzas Bianca al Prosciutto and Quattro Stagioni were delicious as before. But this time we also tried a pair of other dishes - the Veal Milanese which was quite good (and enormous) and the Sambuca Mussels which were some of the best we've ever had. Great quality PEI mussels in a sambuca, shallot, and cherry pepper cream sauce. We were again quite pleased with the atmosphere and service - definitely a cut above the average pizza joint. Packed on a Friday night we were made to feel welcome and even though the joint was jumpin' our server was friendly, prompt, and attentive.
