There arenât too many places along Route 2 worth writing about. But when you need a take-out dinner - M&M fits perfectly. Many options for grinders, wraps and sandwiches. The grilled chicken sandwich was excellent. The roast beef wrap was good. The staff was delightful and very personable. Nothing like a franchise - this was good service, good food and good value.

When visiting the area we always stop into this restaurant for the great food and atmosphere! We love the decor and the staff is wonderful. My son has the table side Mac and cheese. The preparation table side is worth the trip! It tastes out of this world!! There is nothing bad on the menu, itâs all delicious!

Decor is fine but itâs not fine dining ambience. Two appetizers were good, artichoke bruschetta and buratta. Then we hit some bumps. Two entrees of tagliatelle were seriously undercooked, not al dente. How can an Italian restaurant not be able to cook pasta properly? In addition no fresh pepper or grated cheese were offered for the pasta. The Casio e pepe is done with a dramatic tableside preparation but the dish is all wrong. Itâs supposed to be a light dish - this was a gloppy mess more akin to an alfredo. It was inedible. When the server saw that it was uneaten she offered to bring another entree. A manager also came by to apologize and later we were treated to glasses of lemoncello. On the good side the veal piccata was good as well as the scampi over pasta although the portion was small ($36!). Overall, this is a pricey venue (we ARE at Foxwoods) but the kitchen fails are inexcusable!Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We have driven by Buon Appetito Ristorante many times on our way to Foxwoods. The last time we decided to stop and have dinner. Both my husband and I ordered the chicken parmesan which was absolutely delicious. The waiter who served us was great. Golden Pizza is a great restaurant serving Greek and Italian cuisine. The restauranthas fourteen to twenty booths and tables to seat any party. My favorite entree is their House Special Pizza which has a variety of meats and vegetables. We've had it at the restaurant as well as take home. My vote is eating at the restaurant because the pizza is served right out of the oven and is tasty to my palette. The staff is courteous and friendly . They make you feel like you're their only customer and they are willing to go the extra mile to make your dining experience one you will remember!

Had dinner before a show at the casino. Service was excellent- friendly, prompt. First issue was with the Aperol Spritz - barely any aperol in it- asked that the waiter take back to bump it up to a real Aperol Spritz- hard drink to screw up- when it returned still not right- take a pass on it. Sangria was apparently better. Crunchy eggplant was the hit- nice sauce and nicely done. Bread was excellent. Marguerita pizza was meh, spicy pork pasta was ok. The lighting is also odd. Again service was great- they just need better drinks and food to work with.

Food was expensive but very good. The staff we encountered seemed distracted and miserable and the environment was cold, with seemingly little effort expended on making it warm or inviting. As another reviewer mentioned, we also felt rushed. Despite this, I would most likely return here.
