Our meals were great as well as the portions. Was disappointed in the overall service. Once our food was delivered, no one came by to check on how our meal was, ordering of additional drinks. We would have stayed for dessert if the service had been better.

Every time we go back to Sails in the quaint village of Rowayton, we are enveloped by the great vibes of this friendly sanctuary. Add to that atmosphere their superb service, food and drinks and you have the makings of a great night out. The chefâs imaginative tweaks to some standard dishes along with classic items, using the best ingredients, all cooked to perfection, results in very happy customers. Go!

Food and barbeque, including mac and cheese, were very good. Service was fair, a bit slow, and prices were high for the small portions that you received. Never have I spent so much on a restaurant dinner and not have ANY leftovers to take home! For 4 people. So beware!

Nice ambiente. Bar and restaurant. Without any doubt, burgers are their special and best dish. Had a Philly Burger. Really good and tasty. Personnel was friendly. Service efficient. Good selection of tap beerd, but also liquors. Prices good for this kind of place in such location. Hi Dirklaren, Thank you for the wonderful review. Celebrating a birthday with a good friend; we all enjoyed our selections and lingered for quite a time. The server overheard it was a birthday and although we declined dessert a surprise cookie/ice cream surprise arrived. We all agreed it was a very good place to return to in the future.

Second time visiting for lunch and this time they have an $11 menu that got you three tacos and a salad. The tacos aren't huge but this was a pretty good deal. The salad had an excellent lime/cilantro dressing, and the tacos were all tasty. We shared churros for dessert and they were amazing.

In Darien, there are numerous restaurants on the Post Road. Search out and try the Goose American Bistro.Clams Casino and the Angus Beef Burgers are tremendous. There were not many people there for a Monday evening, so the wait staff was not over-taxed, but (while friendly) they ware not too attentive.On the whole, Iâll come back to try it again, but the service will have to be upgraded to meet the quality of the food.

Step into Rory's, a few feet off both 95 and the Post Road, and you feel like you are in a cozy country inn in Scotland with the fire going, a lively crowd two-deep by the bar, tables filled with families, couples and friends. We have had some of the best meals anywhere here (the chef used to have an award-winning restaurant in Westport). Osso bucco, sea bass, scallops, home made pasta and wonderful desserts. Bar choices are amazing for a small restaurant with a wide range of Scotches and other top-shelf choices.

This place is excellent! It has a great menu that's good for casual dinning with the family and kids or for fine dining with clients or celebrations! The decor is very nice and welcoming. Always a good crowd here and the filet Mignon is divine! It's expensive, but it's always worth it! Enjoy
