When Kobe first opened my wife and I came in to eat at the bar, when we walked in the bar area the bartender never addressed us and ignored us for ten plus minutes, the bar had about 6 people and his orders from the dining area were slow, the manager finally asked us what we wanted and we ordered thru him, we love the hot plum saki, and as we are huge tuna lovers we always order the tuna wasabi dumpling, this susgi appetizer is worth just coming in go to the bar, and order these with a cold beer!we also ordered miso soup, avacado salad, tuna tataki and then ordered the volcano roll and the two thumbs roll. The food here is excellent, but the service still lacks as our appetizer came out before the soup (we were told they were making a new batch of miso soup but the place was not crowded so not sure about the reason) the entrees came out and we had to have the manager get our soups and other appetizers, he made it right as he did the second time we went there, ordered pretty much the same but the bartending was slow and service again was lacking in the bar area, , but the food is worth it so we would go back...and hope they right the ship in the bar area.

Stopped here with a daughter for a sushi lunch. We each ordered the two roll lunch which comes with soup and salad (American green). I passed on the soup and had the salad with a tuna avocado roll and spicy salmon roll - both very good but I have liked these rolls better at other places. My daughter had a clear soup and a seaweed salad (light green shreds and already dressed and extra in price). I tasted her salad and it was very good. She enjoyed her two sushi rolls and comes to this restaurant frequently with friends for their specialty sushi rolls. Staff were attentive, business-like and polite; smiles from the servers would be appreciated.

Fresh, delicious sushi, great cooked Japanese food, wonderful little place, family friendly, takeout too.Crispy tuna hand roll appetizers (2 to an order) are nirvana. There are perhaps 8 tables and it's in an unlikely tiny strip mall on Broad Street. We can't believe we overlooked this gem as long as we did. Their special rolls are varied fun.

What we liked about this restaurant is the selection of very unique dishes that do not appear on the average Chinese restaurant. Their seasonal vegetable selection was very interesting and we chose the loofa squash and it was delicious. The heart cabbage with Chinese mushrooms was superb, as was the chicken and cashew dish, and the asparagus lettuce. The shrimp in garlic sauce was just spicy enough and the shrimp themselves were perfectly prepared. The staff is friendly and helpful when negotiating a very large menu with unfamiliar dishes. Very exotic selections: sea cucumber, kidney, pork cheeks, beef tendon and pork intestines. Good food, authentically prepared in a very pleasant laid back environment. We will return.

As Thai restaurants go, this was pretty good. Friendly fast service and nice atmosphere. Typical menu, no surprises, but they did have nice sounding specials on the board. I ordered Pineapple Fried Rice with tofu. They got it mostly right but they really skimped on the curry seasoning. Next I ordered my favorite dessert, Mango Sticky Rice. The mango was perfectly ripe and the sticky rice nice and warm and had the sesame seeds. But they barely put any sweet coconut cream sauce on the mango and none on the sticky rice, which would have made the dish a standout. Oddly, the dish was served with a shrimp fork, which is too small to be eating sticky rice with. All in all, I'd certainly go back.

Good food choices, reasonable prices and an efficient service model. Kitchen is open with lots of action and their are surprisingly healthy choices such as Steamed Salmon which is rare for a Chinese Restaurant. You can eat-in, but it's walk-up rather than table service. Prices especially reasonable at lunch, a recommended time to try.

It's hard to try something new when you have a favorite dish. Mine is their Panang Curry. Have also liked the Mussamun Curry, and Volcano Chicken. The spring rolls are always tasty, and the Cashew Chicken dish has been enjoyed by guests of ours. The staff is always pleasant, and service is usually prompt when we have been there. It's our go-to place when near the area.

Main St in Manchester is full of great dining opportunities, but my favorite is Bui. The decor is warm and welcoming, as is the owner who doubles as greeter, server, and master of ceremonies. Try the specials! I usually just go for a vegetarian pho, which is always good, but this last time I opted for the special meat pho. So very delicious! Hubby had the catfish special and he mopped up every drop of the yummy sauce. My grandsons split a plate of shrimp fried rice and there wasn't a morsel left. Try the pickled vegetable app....tangy, crunchy, delightful! You won't be disappointed.
