I hate to give out poor ratings but I think they may deserve it. We moved down the street 2 weeks ago. Twice we got dressed and wandered over to try it out. Both times we did not have a reservation. Both times we were met with an unfriendly, hostess who basically sent us away. We won't give them another shot. Too bad because it's so close. I suggest you train your employees to be friendlier and kinder and at least 'try' to accommodate walk ins.

We used to go to Cask regularly but stopped for a number of reasons, mostly food related. We went back last night after several years absence and still enjoy the beer selection and the atmosphere. And the food choices are much more expanded now, but was very disappointed in the cost versus the meal. One person got a salad with 3 shrimp - the three shrimp were $9. I got a gnudi which was good, but for the few on the plate - not worth it. All in all i would go back to grab a beer or two (they also have a really good bourbon selection), but probably wouldn't go there to eat.

Food and barbeque, including mac and cheese, were very good. Service was fair, a bit slow, and prices were high for the small portions that you received. Never have I spent so much on a restaurant dinner and not have ANY leftovers to take home! For 4 people. So beware!

Good times, made locally. So we had this idea. That food can bring people together in a bunch of different ways. Neighbors with neighbors. Locals with local ingredients. And bourbon lovers with bourbons worth loving. In 2006, our idea became; b Restaurant
Nice ambiente. Bar and restaurant. Without any doubt, burgers are their special and best dish. Had a Philly Burger. Really good and tasty. Personnel was friendly. Service efficient. Good selection of tap beerd, but also liquors. Prices good for this kind of place in such location. Hi Dirklaren, Thank you for the wonderful review. We appreciate you taking the time to compliment our burgers, drinks, and staff! We look forward to hosting you and your dinner colleagues again, soon!

A Stamford restaurant that has been around for some time and for a good reason - excellent seafood. The place remains fairly loud as there doesnât appear to be anything to absorb the noise. Good service. Octopus appetizer excellent. A variety of seafood that can be elected to be blackened, grilled or pan seared. Also select from a variety of sauces for the fish. Select a starch or vegetable to accompany. Fish done perfectly. Good selection of wine. Full bar. If in the mood for seafood there isnât a spot in Connecticut that does it better.

We go to Lucky's at least once a month, sometimes more. The salads are the best we've had in Stamford, and the burgers are great. Lots of variety with the burgers--beef, salmon, veggie, Kobe beef, etc. Service is friendly and timely; outdoor eating area is wonderful in the summer months. Great place to go when the grandchildren visit.

This is a brand new restaurant in Stamford, CT. The food is excellent!
We held our daughter's bridal shower there and they went out of their way from the booking through the event to make sure everything went perfect. Nothing but raves from the attendees about the gourmet brunch and the beverages were super too. Steve and his team did a great job.

My wife and I enjoyed our recent dining experience at The Capital Grille with my sister-in-law and brother-in-law. We were seated promptly and our server was personable but professional. Our cocktails were perfectly prepared and our steaks were delicious. My brother-in-law enjoyed the sea scallops while my wife and I had the bone-in filet mignon and my sister-in-law had the small filet. We also ordered side dishes of au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach that complemented our entrees. We decided to pass on dessert. We would recommend The Capital Grille and plan to return whenever we're in the Stamford area.
