We are a cozy rustic restaurant, with a unique menu, including burgers, wings, hot dogs, grilled cheeses, and salads. We have 25 craft and local beers on tap, along with a full bar of craft and regular cocktails. We have live entertainment including trivi
I came here for dinner. I sat at the bar and was given a menu.Looking over their menu, I chose the turkey club special ($11) that came with fries. The order came about 15 minutes later. The sandwich was made big slices of Texas toast and came with a ton of sliced turkey along with bacon and cheese. There was a generous portion of fries as well. The sandwich was very good and I thought it was a very good meal.Kathy did a great job taking care of my orders. Friendly service.

Average diner. Came here because our 2 favorites were closed on Mondays. The food was OK but nothing special. Came for weekday brunch. The "cheeseburger soup" was unusual, but OK (really did not taste like a cheeseburger - more like chicken soup with hamburger instead of chicken and cheese sauce added). I got the Pastrami Cheese Omelet with feta cheese, which was very good (lots of pastrami and cheese) Service was average. My wife got the Lox, Peppers and Onion Omelet and was not impressed at all. The service was sporadic, but acceptable. The restaurant is NOT handicap-accessible. Not sure I would return.

The laurel diner never fails to please for breakfast. Whether you go in for just a plain bacon, eggs, home fries and toast, or want to try their cinnamon French toast, everything is cooked just right. The ambiance is typical old time diner with prices to match. Everyone is friendly. Great place for breakfast and has good lunch sandwiches too.

We are close by and have eaten here often. The food and service have usually been good. And the upgrades to the restaurant were welcome. However, lately the service has been lacking especially during the weekdays. We usually are a party of four or more and entrees have been taking far too long and when they do come out, two will come and the others follow 5-10 later. It looks like they cut the ârunnerâ during the week but not sure. Anyway I would give this place 4 stars but our recent experiences have us thinking of other places to go. With a new restaurant opening soon in the Market32 plaza, I hope they can correct the service issues. It would be a shame to lose this place which has always been an excellent local spot. Hopeful.

I hosted my daughters bridal shower there yesterday. It was perfect! I've never had such delicious tea and would drive back for that reason alone. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated. All of the guests were enchanted with the day! Thank you Tracey for such a lovely, memorable bridal shower! pumpkin cupcakes, with a touch of magical gold glitter were the final treat!

Always fun, our staff person Kait is incredible! Amazing bartender, waitress and always straightening up the bar area. Our orders were delicious, grilled chicken wrap with spinach and the best sweet potato fries, also a bbq chicken pizza was amazing! Great value for the money, and pleasant relaxing atmosphere. Will visit often!

From their humble beginnings on South Main Street in Waterbury to now multiple locations throughout the state of Connecticut, Nardelliâs Grinder Shoppe continues to satisfy the need for fast and delicious meals. You can count on quality ingredients, huge
Good for fans of BIG sandwiches. Nice dessert selections as well. Try the steak and cheese or the cold cuts of your favor. When you get the works, the vegetables are diced and not sliced. That turns some people off. You don't have to have it that way though. Derek B.,Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review. We are so thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your grinder. You are correct that our Classic Mix of diced, marinated veggies is optional but we think it lends a delicious taste to our grinders. We are glad you tried it that way. We are also glad that you saved room for dessert. There are so many delicious things to choose from on the menu. We appreciate your business and we look forward to serving you again, soon. I was finally able to stop by for dinner. I have driven by here many a time, but it was closed.Walking home inside, the dining area is much larger than I had imagined. There are plenty of tables, booths, and counter seats. They have outside tables and chairs as well.I ordered a turkey Reuben sandwich ($5.10).It was ready in about five minutes. The sandwich was very good.Friendly service.

Great Sunday menu for $17.95; includes soup, salad bar, great choice of entrees and dessert! Had the chicken monteleone which was excellent, great mashed potatoes, fresh spinach and two large pieces of chicken breast; other order was the eggplant with ricotta and great sauce and pasta! Dessert choices were apple crisp, carrot cake and brownie ice cream! Our waitress Tayler was terrific, pleasant and efficient!

We went with family (and 2, 5 year olds ) for lunch after an event at the Oxford airport and waited over an hour for our food to be served, then one person in our party did not get their order. The wait staff was ok, but the kitchen must have been under staffed even though they knew an event was going on.The food was overcooked and the coffee was cold when I got it. They should have made a bigger attempt to, at least, feed the children firstThe food is over priced for what you get.
