Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to the Corner Restaurant--the waitress couldn't have been more hospitable and welcoming as well as helpful and friendly. My Chicken Salad Wrap was yummy and went perfectly with my Diet Pepsi--so happy when a restaurant "pours" Pepsi instead of Coke! My friends enjoyed their selections as well--my husband's "George" sandwich was delicious and so tasty that he ate the whole thing--a rare thing for him. I was surprised when we learned that the restaurant doesn't accept credit cards and we had to rustle up enough cash to cover the bill. There is an ATM machine on the premises just in case one doesn't carry cash!

All Outbacks are very good overall and this one is no exception. However, this one didn't have a cozy atmosphere or even much of an Austrailian atmosphere for some reason. Steaks, onion soup, salad, asparagas and cheesecake were very, very good though. The service was a bit slow, he didn't bring me the horseradish sauce that I wanted and he didn't come around to get my order of a 2nd cocktail!!! Outback could have sold another liquor and the waiter could have gotten a bigger tip!! There are other Outbacks around (like in Shelton) and Longhorn Steakhouse is a nearby competitor too.

You've been here before even if you've never physically been here before. The food was good, but not oh wow. Typical bar fare with a couple of their own twists. Besides the wings and Asian calamari, everything was filler bar food. And a tad over priced. $12 for eight wings? We got 10 apps for 6 guys. All in the$10 to $12 range. Not crazy Manhattan prices, but up there. The beer selection is the same attempt at cool as most places these days. A bunch of Basement Brew that most would pass as bath water in Germany. Our server was very attentive and the Bartender was adequate and knowledgable. Except for the great seating in the bar area, I'd say there's not a lot to set it apart from the 15 nearly identical places within a mile of here.

Based on Trip Advisor reviews we want this afternoon. It was very formal and it felt weird to be the only customers. The waiter was pleasant and helpful but obviously disappointed we were not there for a full meal with appetizers and drinks. The reviews mentioned wraps that did not exist. Salads were only appetizers. My 22 year old found the place stuffy and uncomfortable however the food was good. We recommend the Cesar Salad with chicken. The Frank Sinatra music was a bit much. Good place for older adults for dinner. Not a family pizza place.Hello Green1Ma, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry to hear that you and your guest had an unpleasant dining experience with us. To clarify; we are a family friendly, everyone friendly; Italian Restaurant. We offer two separate menus for lunch and dinner. On our lunch menu, we do offer wraps as an alternate option when ordering from the sandwich choice list. I also apologize that you and your guest were uncomfortable, however; we do have air conditioning. Also, since we are an Italian American establishment; we play traditional Italian music mixes as well as Frank Sinatra. We are always looking for ways to better ourselves within this industry. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and we will take your comments into consideration for future reference. Thank you!

Service was a joke! The manager was cleaning tables because he was palling around with the servers. It took over 20 minutes to get our DRINKS!!!! Bartender was entertaining someone... The waitress was no where to be found. The table next to us had to wait 15+ minutes just to get a check! When we finally got our drinks we gave our order to the waitress who apologized for the wait as if she'd been doing that all day. Food arrived 25 minutes later only to be mediocre AT BEST! I had the fish tacos that would have fed an infant. Very small portion. My wife's meal was flavorless. She tossed most of it. I will give them one thumbs up and that was the Parmesan fries. We will never go back and recommend they get their act together. Crap rolls down hill and that manager better learn that he has to manage & not lollygag chatting with employees. GET IT DONE!

Decent deli sandwiches... good service... I had the pastrami on rye... it was good, no New York quality but decent... service is friendly but not very attentive... I waited 15 minutes just waiting to get a menu and finally had to ask a 2nd time and then another 10 minutes trying to place my order

You can concoct your own burger, but the choices they have are quite amazing! Service is very good, and the place is very comfortable.

Good times, made locally. So we had this idea. That food can bring people together in a bunch of different ways. Neighbors with neighbors. Locals with local ingredients. And bourbon lovers with bourbons worth loving. In 2006, our idea became; b Restaurant
Really good ambience and very good service and above all food tasted excellent. I been here several times between the Milford and Fairfield location and each time the food was great. I especially love the garlic pickles and normally I've never been very big on pickles. Good setting for a date or just hanging out with friends.Hi Jarret117, We are happy to read that you not only like one Plan B location, but TWO! Plan B loves to hear when our customers are consistently satisfied with the trifecta of ambiance, service, and quality of food! We look forward to seeing you again soon :)

Established in 1966, Chip's family restaurants create a warm, friendly atmosphere with a feeling of when you walk through our doors that you've known us for years. We believe in quality food and excellent service. Everything is home made and our pancakes
I was expecting the food to be better, to taste better. The Eggs Benedict were okay. Although I would not recommend them. I also do not recommend the home fries. The pancakes with strawberries and some maple syrup hit the right notes, but the prices were a little high. The service was great.

Legendary Food, Legendary Service
This is a fun place to have a pretty good steak. Itâs always busy. Keep in mind this isnât a high end steakhouse. You wonât find dark paneled walls and subdued lighting. Itâs noisy and cluttered. You will get a nice meal at a fair price. We ate in the bar area. Service was quick and efficient. Ribs were tender but dry and overdone. Steak was perfect. You are asked to check it before so there are no problems. Waitstaff tries to upsell you with extras but they arenât annoying. Itâs good give it a try.
