The town spans both sides of the Naugatuck River just south of Waterbury, and includes the communities of Union City on the east side of the river, which has its own post office, Straitsville on the southeast (along Route 63), and Millville on the west (along Rubber Avenue). As of the 2010 census, Naugatuck had a population of 31,862.

This is my second time ordering delivery pizza from this venue. The first time, the driver arrived 20 minutes after the 45 minute time given. Today, the driver arrived 20 minutes early.The first pizza, I ordered thick crust and am glad I did. The crust was very good, but toppings weren't evenly distributed so most of the pizza presented as a plain cheese pie. Did not order thick crust today and the pizza was a limp, oily, cold mess. Same topping distribution issue. The delivery guys are nice. But that's not enough to make me a regular customer.

I stopped by here for dinner.This Frankie's is located in a gas station strip mall called Roadrunners.They have tables for eating inside as well as take out.I ordered the fish sandwich ($4.19) and sweet potato fries ($3).It was ready in about five minutes.The fish came on a large sesame seed bun that was fresh. I had added tartar sauce, cheese, and jalapeno peppers. It was very good.The fries were fresh and tasty.Friendly service.

This is a very poor example of a franchise. The food is very inconsistent, if they actually have it. You never know if they will have broiled chicken or what sides are available. Upon occasion, the server has told us "you don't want that!"We started going to big Y for their chicken which is a heck of a lot better.

The huge picture on the wall is a photograph taken of the men having lunch while sitting on a steel girder atop of 30 Rockefellar Plaza during the construction of the Rockefellar Center in New York City, September 1932.The picture captured my interest before I even had a drink or the food. American Forged Pub honors those hard working people that forged and assembled the steel structures that we still use today. American Forged also shows their patriotism for our country and armed forces.I had the pleasure of meeting Mike & Taryn while the construction of the pub was underway. They did a complete renovation of the former Slainte space. It's clean, bright, and inviting for all that want to enjoy a few drinks and great pub food.I've been in American Forged Pub a few times since it opened.One night, my wife and I with a friend of ours enjoyed listening to Wil Cardona and the Sound Reason Band. They also host karaoke nights and special events.This past Saturday, I was happy to be invited to the ribbon cutting ceremony. The mayor welcomed Mike & Taryn with their new establishment to the town of Naugatuck.Mike is continuously introducing new items to his menu. So far, he is offering gourmet burgers, fries, wings, and a few specials. This weekend I had Mike's delicious buffalo wings with a Doobious IPA from Bad Sons Brewing in Derby, CT.American Forged Pub has a fully stocked bar including an excellent list of craft beers on tap as well as bottled beers.They also have a nice list of specialty drinks.It'll be fun tasting different beers from their rotating taps and trying more and more items as Mike builds upon his menu.I'd like to wish Mike & Taryn and their staff many years of success at American Forged Pub.

Small but very busy place. Once you tasted the food, you will understand why. I usually go for the omelette and home fries but I can see why people love the pancakes - they are huge!Very family oriented, always good service.

We live close to Al's and visit a few times each summer. There are some things that Al's has nailed down, like their cheeseburger. You don't need anything on it. No condiments. It's delicious. I used to rave about their fried shrimp but they've changed to using butterfly shrimp which just aren't as good as the whole shrimp they used to fry up. The seasoning's not there. They do now have fried calamari which was excellent the first time I had it but slightly undercooked this last time. If they could get some consistency there, I'd be a bigger fan. Always worth a trip. Loads of hotdogs/sausages available. My husband likes them.

My friend & I went for a quick lunch. Upon entering we had the feeling we didn't belong there. Apparently 66 Church is a typical cliquish pub where outsiders are tolerated. Our waitress finally showed us to a table & she acted like she was doing us a favor. Unbelievable !!! We waited over half hour for our food which was only quick bite items. It took nearly another 30 minutes just to get our check !!! We couldn't wait to get out of there. Never again will I set foot in 66 Church !! Rude, Rude, Rude !!!

The restaurant itself is beautiful and the portions large, but nothing to write home about. Perhaps the dinner menu would be more impressive. Food and drinks were good but nothing out of the ordinary. Was expecting more. Did like sitting on the patio outside, that's a nice touch.

Had dinner at Jesse Camilleâs last Saturday night with another couple and it was a wonderful time. The specials selection was very good and the food was delicious. The staff was very attentive to us and will definitely be back as itâs always a great dinner or lunch there
